A Sermon to Remember

Our journey to Athens Greece is one of the most memorable places we have ever traveled.  Perched high is MARS HILL; THE AREOPAGUS.  It overlooks this vivacious metropolis.  We were in awe of the very realization of the distinct historical ground that we stood upon. Here we were greatly humbled. Here we together praised, thanked and worshipped GOD for HIS marvelous creation.  Right in the midst of a plethora of people from all over the world.

Mars Hill is in Athens Greece.  It is here you will find the seat of the Ancient Athenian Court.  Today there are significant remnants of it that still remain.  It is currently being refurbished and fortified to preserve its historical relevancy.   Here is where most of the religious problems as well as crimes were judged in the New Testament Era.

Two of the major leading schools of thought were that of the Epicureans and the Stoics.   They believed that there were many gods…  They in their spiritual blindness and ignorance worshipped idols.  They were both thought to be in possession of some of the first and foremost intelligent Greek philosophies of this era.  They differed in their beliefs somewhat. However; They both thought agreed and perceived that the Apostle Paul was a babbler.   They thought Paul to be strange because he preached to them about JESUS CHRIST and the RESURRECTION.

The Apostle Paul in turn thought them to be too superstitious. He had absolutely no doubt as to who GOD was.  He was led by the Spirit of God to give them the WORD! To enlighten them to the one and only true GOD he served, worshipped and lived for.

Here in the Book of Acts is a marvelous unforgettable sermon preached by the Apostle Paul that was proclaimed and spoken in order to bring attention to “The UNKNOWN GOD” they ignorantly spoke of.  The God whom they did not fully comprehend.  Yes, they referred to HIM, but they did not know that HE IS THE OMNIPOTENT ALMIGHTY HOLY GOD!

It is emphatically clear here on Mars Hill the Apostle Paul undeniably speaks the profound life altering philosophical TRUTH!  One must take time to digest and embrace the majestic infallible Word that is revealed here.

GOD does not live in Temples made by human hands.  Nor should we serve Him as though He needed anything.   IN FACT, IT IS ALL OF US WHO NEED HIM!

May we continue to meditate and ponder upon these enlightening passages of GOD’S infallible WORD! This is what Paul pronounces and brilliantly decrees and preaches to them.

THE APOSTLE PAUL ON MARS HILL; THE AREOPAGUS

“Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars Hill, and said. Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious.

For as I passed by and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship HIM I declare unto you,

GOD that made the world and all the things therein, seeing that HE is LORD of Heaven and earth, dwelleth not in Temples made by hands;

Neither is worshipped with men’s (women’s) hands as though HE needed anything, seeing HE giveth to all life, and breath and all things:

And hath made of one blood all nations of men (women) for to dwell on the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

That they should seek the LORD, if haply they might feel after Him, and find Him, though HE be not far from any of us;

For it is in HIM we live and move and have our being; as certain also our own poets have said. For we are also HIS offspring

Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of GOD, we ought to not think that the GODHEAD is like gold, or silver, or stone, or graven art, and man’s device.  And the times of his ignorance GOD WINKED AT, BUT NOW COMMANDETH ALL Men (Women) EVERYWHERE TO REPENT…”

Acts 17

Here in this PROFOUND MESSAGE it is clear that GOD does not need any of us. Nor does HE need anything from us.   For it is HE that has given us all things including life and breath.  We all; men, women, boys or girls of every nation on the earth have one blood.   We ALL NEED THE LORD!  Each and every one of us are accountable to HIM!

WE ALL ARE TO SEEK THE LORD DAILY

The beauty of GOD’S WORD is it is living quick powerful and it IS THE TRUTH!  It is important to know GOD and HIS WORD for yourself.  GOD IS OUR MAKER & CREATOR!   Be ye always ready to give an answer for the hope that lies within you.   “Study to shew thyself approved unto GOD, a workman that needed NOT be ashamed, rightly dividing the WORD of TRUTH…  II Timothy 2

If you really want to be BLESSED; spend some quality time with the Lord in His Word! Being blessed really goes far beyond the material blessings… BLESSED BE THE GOD & FATHER OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO HATH BLESSED US WITH ALL SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS IN HEAVENLY PLACES IN CHRIST.” Ephesians 6 God continuously disburses His blessings as He sees fit or deems appropriate.

Wherever we are we can call upon the Lord in prayer 24/7. “Praying without ceasing” is a state of mind. How about denying yourself some time in the world… And set aside some time to listen intently to the Lord as He speaks to your heart in His Word. Allow Him to grow you in His grace, wisdom & understanding. Truly; HE CAN SET YOU FRE! Learn how to “BE STILL & KNOW!”

Today in this 21st century GOD IS SPEAKING VOCIFEROUSLY to HIS CHURCH, this world and all men, women boys and girls all around the world in many ways.   HIS MESSAGE IS STILL:  REPENT!!!

See what is happening all around us!

The plague and pestilence that has persisted throughout the world continues to take its casualties.   Each day the numbers escalate.  Across the globe.  “THIS Coronavirus pandemic DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE!”   The political divisions throughout the world continues to persist as well. The in-climate weather irregularities persist. The tension between the governing political parties at times have been somewhat disturbing. An uprising of racial discrimination continues to resurface. Nothing is new under the sun.

GOD is never far from any of us. FOR HE IS OMNIPRESENT!  There is absolutely nothing that He is not aware of past, present or future.  Remember; Each day is a day to grow in His grace, wisdom and understanding.  As we actually embrace HIS WORD and implement it within our daily lives the FRUIT of HIS SPIRIT manifests and multiplies within us. We CAN and MUST STAND upon HIS WORD!  HOLY FATHER, WE THANK & PRAISE YOU AS YOU POUR OUT YOUR HOLY SPIRIT UPON US LORD GOD!

There is much going on in, around and about this world Christ Jesus spoke into existence.  Many are bypassing and overlooking GOD’S WORD and embracing the ways of the world.  Truly the Lord knows; Many of the ways of the world have also nested themselves in the midst of GOD’S CHURCH! LORD HAVE MERCY!

Nothing is no longer sacred to many…  You can expect some of everything…  The WORD of GOD is being fulfilled.  No doubt the “Perilous Days” are upon us.  As believers we are to daily live as though we are really expecting CHRIST JESUS to return.

This Message on Mars Hills reminds us of the importance of knowing GOD for ourselves.   This was true then, Now and will be so throughout eternity.

GOD Speaks to HIS CHURCH in Revelation

In Revelation GOD speaks to HIS CHURCH about what is happening and what is to COME! In all of the (7) seven Churches there was a need for improvement. The Church is the Bride of Christ! Each of them was told; “He that hath an ear, let Him hear what the SPIRIT saith unto the Churches.”  Revelation 1,2 & 3

“I JESUS have sent my Angel to testify unto you these things in the Churches, I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.  And the SPIRIT and the BRIDE say, COME. And let HIM that heareth say, COME.  And whosoever will let His/her take the water of life freely…” Revelation 22

GOD is a just GOD! We can be sure at His appointed time He will bring to light what has been done in the dark.  He will right every wrong…

BECAUSE HE HATH APPOINTED A DAY, IN WHICH HE WILL JUDGE THE world in RIGHTEOUSNESS by that MAN whom HE hath ordained: whereof He hath given assurance unto all men/women that HE has raised HIM from the dead…”  Acts 17

We can live and be confident every day knowing that in GOD’S time He will deal with everyone and everything justly.

“AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS IN THE LAST DAYS, SAITH THE GOD, I WILL POUR OUT MY SPIRIT; UPON ALL FLESH; AND YOUR SONS AND YOUR DAUGHTERS SHALL PROPHESY, AND OUR YOUNG MEN SHALL SEE VISIONS, AND YOUR OLD MEN SHALL DREAM DREAMS;

AND ON MY SERVANTS AND MY HANDMAIDENS I WILL POUR OUT IN THOSE DAYS OF MY SPIRIT, AND THEY SHALL PROPHESY.  AND I WILL SHOW WONDERS IN HEAVEN ABOVE, AND SIGNS IN THE EARTH BENEATH, BLOOD AND FIRE AND VAPOR AND SMOKE.

THE SUN SHALL BE TURNED INTO DARKNESS, AND THE MOON INTO BLOOD, BEFORE THAT GREAT NOTABLE DAY OF   THE LORD COME; AND IT SHALL COME TO PASS THAT WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED.”  Acts 2

So, let us not take time for granted. Let us live each day expecting our Lord Jesus Christ to return. For without notice; “in a twinkling of an eye” HE IS coming back for HIS CHURCH without spot or wrinkle.

GOD is Speaking in these “PERILOUS DAYS” by HIS SON

God is Love yet He is also a God of wrath!

It is important to know that God is patient and that “GOD IS LOVE!”   But it is just as important to know that God is also a God of wrath.  He has given us His Word by which we can better understand who He is.   His Word teaches us who we are in Him or who we can become. God’s Word is our necessary essential spiritual food for our mind, body and souls.

There is much going on in the world. today. God’s Word is being fulfilled right in front of our eyes. In His Word we can discover a wealth of spiritual wisdom. It is through His ever lasting wisdom we are able to be disciplined and develop healthy boundaries. It is important to stand upon the Word of God. For this world is on a ” Slippery Slope. ” As believers we must spend time daily in God’s Word. For by His Word we are also able to better grow in His grace, peace, love and understanding. But we must embrace and implement His principles.

Know your Potential in God Your Heavenly Father

Each day we should strive for the perfection that is attainable in God. For in the Lord we can be complete. As believers He bestowed upon us His precious Holy Spirit to lead us to all TRUTH! You can be or become secure in God. Everything we need we can discover in Him. He is never far from us. His Word speaks volumes about becoming perfect in Him which is quite often overlooked or misconstrued. God says;

“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in Heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5

God’s Word is a message to His Church and to the world.

… ALL SCRIPTURE IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD, AND IS PROFITABLE FOR DOCTRINE, FOR REPROOF, FOR CORRECTION, FOR INSTRUCTION IN RIGHTEOUSNESS, THAT THE MAN/W0MAN OF GOD MAY BE PERFECT, THOROUGHLY FURNISHED UNTO ALL GOOD WORKS.’’ II TIMOTHY 3

There are countless examples within the Word to help us to grow and mature spiritually.  In Jonah, Nahum and Jeremiah we are given several wonderful examples. Here we can see how the people lived when good kings ruled and when bad kings ruled.  What happened when they obeyed GOD and when they disobeyed as well as the consequences.

God spoke to His people for many years through His many prophets, prophetess, elders and priests all throughout the Old Testament. They repeatedly tried to warn the people of what was to come.

Many of the messages were not usually readily received. Today they would also be considered to be very negative. God’s Messages even when they were not what the people wanted to hear were always out of His Love and concern for their well-being. Make sure whatever you are doing that it is in the Will of GOD.

The Prophet Jonah’s second Commission

Nineveh was the prospering, luxurious capital city of the Assyrian Empire. The people of Nineveh had turned their back on God. Jonah was sent by God to warn Nineveh of what was to come. The first time Jonah disobeyed God and instead he fled to Tarshish. Well, during a fierce storm he was thrown overboard off the ship. Jonah knew that the storm was because of him. He actually told the mariners to throw him overboard. “And he said to them, Take me up, and cast me forth into the sea, so shall the sea be calm unto you: for I know for my sake this great temptest is upon you…” Jonah 1

The mariners tried to keep steering the ship anyway but the storm was too fierce. They even cried out to the Lord and pleaded with Him to no avail… So the mariners had to eventually toss Jonah overboard. Well, when they did the sea stopped raging. Jonah was then swallowed up by a humongous big fish. This big fish had actually been prepared beforehand by God himself to transport Jonah. He vehemently prayed to the LORD while inside the fish. After three days and three nights inside the belly of this fish, it amazingly spat Jonah out miraculously upon the dry land… This time Jonah obeyed and went on to preach in Nineveh as God had told him to do.

This is what the LORD told Jonah to do;

“Arise go unto Nineveh , and preach unto it the preaching I have bid thee. So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the WORD of the LORD. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days journey.

And Jonah began to enter into the city a days journey, as he cried, and said. Yet forty days and Nineveh will be destroyed. ” Jonah 3

Nineveh had been warned by a reluctant Jonah of their forthcoming destruction. Jonah boldly preached to them in regard to their wickedness and the need to REPENT! Well, they finally repented! The people of Nineveh were spared.

However, once again years later, Nineveh again returned to their sins and wickedness. ( Learn more about him in the Book of Jonah)

You do not have to seek the approval of others when you have the approval of GOD!

So yes, we at times must let some people go. Not to simply abandon them but give them to the Lord. God can do so much more with them than we can. But know experience is not always the best teacher. You can learn what not to do by simply observing others. Some things can be avoided… Yes, there are always consequences for our choices. So choose wisely as you become wiser. Not everyone wants help or godly counsel. They often want you to serve them and their purpose.

However, we must continue on doing what the LORD “CALLS” us to do. Knowing when you truly LOVE GOD that in His time “He works all things together for our good.” Therefore always look to GOD first and not man/ woman. DAILY “Seek ye first HIS Kingdom and HIS Righteousness…”

GOD ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF HIS OWN!

The Prophet Nahum spoke doom again upon Nineveh

We know very little about “Nahum the Elkoshite.” But, we do know that he obeyed God and once again spoke judgment upon Nineveh. They had returned to doing what they had done before. They had resumed their normal sinful ways. And this time they did not repent. The great city of Nineveh was eventually destroyed.”...Behold, I am against thee, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the smoke, and the sword shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey from the earth, and the voice of thy messengers I will hear no more.” Nahum 2

Be led by the Spirit of God

It is important to make sure that you are not just going along with the masses. You want to make sure that you are being led by the SPIRIT of GOD and staying on the ” Narrow Path! ” Take time to ” BE STILL & KNOW. “

” GOD is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on His adversaries, and He reserveth wrath for His enemies.

The LORD is slow to anger and great in power, and will not acquit the wicked; the LORD hath HIS way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of HIS feet…” Nahum 1 ( Learn more about him in the Book of Nahum)

Be careful and mindul that you are not being molded into the present system of thinking and values of this world. Something to think about? Are you looking for approval? Are you standing up for the Word of God? Not in an argumentative way. Because the Word has its own built in defense. Do you really live thinking that Christ Jesus is going to return today?

Being a Christian is not a popularity contest. You will be overlooked, rejected, slandered, mistreated and misunderstood. Just like Jesus. However you will also be faithfully LOVED BY GOD and some others as well…

Are you really being led by the SPIRIT of GOD or by the masses? Well then, if GOD IS leading you, carry on because it is GOD who you are accountable to…

” And BE NOT conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and PERFECT WILL of GOD.” Romans 12

The Prophet Jeremiah

Jeremiah is known as one of the Lord’s greatest prophets.  His father Hilkiah was a priest. He was called by God even before the Lord formed him within his mother’s womb. The Lord had him to boldly speak to the people.   Jeremiah fluently and voraciously spoke to the kings as well as the people of God. His inexhaustible messages were about the Messiah to come and the covenant with God and His people. Jeremiah spoke to the pastors and told them of their responsibility to feed God’s sheep His Word. He also spoke to the false prophets about their false dreams and wickedness.

Jeremiah experienced much anxiety and turmoil during the (40) forty years he prophesied about God’s judgment to Israel and the world.  Jeremiah was well known as the Prophet of Doom. He also preached consolation, repentance and the hope of a better life in the Lord. The Lord also told Judah and Israel to REPENT! But they did not. He candidly spoke to them. “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding…” Jeremiah 3 Well this never happened.

My Tabernacle is spoiled, and all my cords are broken; my children are gone forth of me, and they are not; there is none to stretch forth my tent anymore, and to set up my curtains.

For the pastors are become bruthish, and have not sought the LORD: therefore they shall not prosper, and all their flocks shall be scattered… Jeremiah 10

Well, they did not repent. Jeremiah continuously prophesied to them. The Shepherds caused the people to go astray and the people became lost to the ways of God. The land was filled with sin against God. Yet, God did not forsake them. But there were consequences. Israel was eventually taken into Babylonian captivity. King Nebuchadnezzar burned down the House of the Lord as well as the King’s palace down. (Learn more about him in the Book of Jeremiah.)

The people often resented Jeremiah for speaking forth TRUTH. The truth was not readily welcomed then nor is it readily welcomed now in this 21st century. This is why so many calamaties are now happening all over the world.

JEREMIAH’S CALL & COMMISSION

Jeremiah was sent to root out, to pull down, to destroy, build and to plant.  This is why he was known as; ” The Prophet of Doom! “

” …SEE, I HAVE THIS DAY SET THEE OVER THE NATIONS AND OVER THE KINGDOMS TO ROOT OUT, AND TO PULL DOWN, AND TO DESTROY, AND TO THROW DOWN AND TO BUILD AND TO PLANT…” JEREMIAH 1

GOD is always speaking we must get better at listening. There is a reason for this Coronavirus pandemic & pestilence it has impacted the entire world in a multiplicity of ways… In Jerusalem for the very first time since it was built they closed the synagogue for worship due to the Coronavirus… It is important to PRAY and spend time daily with the Lord in His Word. Seek His Will & Way above all others. For in the LORD there is always HOPE! Yes indeed; GOD is speaking in these ” PERILOUS DAYS ” by HIS SON!

CHRIST JESUS APPEARS TO HIS DISCIPLES

Then opened HE their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures.

And said unto them, “Thus it is written, and thus it behooved CHRIST to suffer, and to rise from the dead on the third day: AND THAT THE REPENTANCE AND REMISSION OF SINS SHOULD BE PREACHED IN HIS NAME AMONG ALL NATIONS, BEGINNING AT JERUSALEM.

AND YE ARE WITNESSES OF THESE THINGS. ” Luke 24

REPENT!

Please during these “Perilous Days” learn: “TO BE STILL & KNOW!”

How often do you actually read God’s Word during the week?

~ WE ALL ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO GOD! ~

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ACTUALLY READ GOD’S WORD DURING THE WEEK?

The chaos that is ALL about us in this world it NOT because of GOD!

Many of the ways of this world have nested themselves within the midst of GOD’S CHURCH! In the Spiritual Realm; “THE WHEAT & the tares are growing together.” PRAY FOR DISCERNMENT!

HEAVENLY FATHER, “YOUR KINGDOM COME, YOUR WILL BE DONE on earth as it IS IN HEAVEN. GIVE US TODAY Our DAILY BREAD…”

~ LATTER DAY MINISTRY! ~

GOD NEVER INTENDED for HIS CHURCH to become a mere; “social club.”

Unless Your Pastor is Your husband He should not come before Your husband. Your husband is NOT Your servant… Your commitment should be to Your marriage vows you made together to the Lord! Your marriage will be or become what You make it!  When you honor your marriage vows you  honor God and one another.

It is important to consistently spend time with the Lord in His Word. He has provided a wealth of godly wisdom to help us live well balanced lives.  Marriage is the first institution that the Lord made.  God created mankind so that our lives would center around Him.

GOD DESERVES THE PREEMINENCE

ALLOW GOD HIS PLACE WITHIN YOUR MARRIAGE!

“Marriage is honorable in the eyes of the Lord… Many Marriages are dissolving because your home life has become secondary.

“Therefore as the CHURCH IS SUBJECT unto CHRIST, so let the wives be to their OWN husbands in everything.” EPHESIANS 5

Your children should not be left to fend for themselves or left in the hands of just anyone… “TRAIN UP a child in the WAY he SHOULD GO and when he is old he WILL NOT depart…. Proverbs 22

Single women Your Pastor is NOT your husband. He is to Spiritually Feed You & encourage You through the WORD of GOD. He too should live by and uphold the principles of GOD and embrace the TRUTH of HIS WORD.

ALLOW THE LORD HIS PLACE WITHIN YOUR SINGLE LIFE!

~ THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD! ~

Men & Women of GOD Seek the Will of the Lord in whatever You are doing…  We are called to preach, teach, proclaim and live out the Word of God within our daily lives.  The call upon our lives is from GOD not man. The Lord will never lead any of us to do anything that goes against His Word.   REMEMBER; the Sheep belong to the Lord! & We TOO are ALL HIS SHEEP!

It is not always easy carrying out the Will of the Lord.  Take The Prophet Jeremiah  for example. He was sent to speak a gloomy message to the people. He is known as God’s Reluctant Messenger.   He is also known as the “Weeping Prophet.” He warned the officials and clergy for over (40)  forty years.   They hated his messages from God and plotted against him. Many overlook the fact that it wasn’t always pleasant words sent from the Lord. God’s Word is not always comforting or encouraging. But it s always warranted and necessary to make us spiritually strong.  It is  the necessary Spiritual Food for our mind, body and soul.  Jeremiah was charged to remind the people of the need to REPENT!  He was sent to a nation that was going to be destroyed by war.

Israel forsook God. Three hundred  years before the Israelites  had already been split into  (2)  two separate countries.    They had continually laid aside the Word of God and followed after the ways and  traditions of man.  Many times Jeremiah stood alone faithfully delivering the messages from God.  They treated him terribly and even burned his writings. He received much persecution. Although he was unwelcomed he remained obedient to the Lord.

Allow God His place during worship!  He knows if you are genuine for God is Omniscient.  We should always want our worship to be pleasing in the sight of the Lord!  “True Worshippers  worship Him in Spirit and in Truth!”

Jeremiah  stood at the  gate of the Lord’s House and said;

“Hear the WORD of the LORD, all you people of Judah who come through these gates to worship the Lord. This is what the Lord  Almighty, the God of Israel says: Reform your ways and actions, and I will let you live in his place Do not trust in deceptive words and say; “This is the Temple of the Lord, The Temple of the Lord, the Temple of the Lord!” If you really change your ways and your actions and deal with  each other justly, if you do not oppress the alien, the fatherless or the widow and DO NOT shed innocent blood in this place, and if you DO NOT follow after other gods to your own harm, then I will let you live in this place…” Jeremiah 7

The Lord goes on to tell them that they have become a den of robbers and that He is watching! Despite the litany of prophesies and warnings they still  disobeyed.  For over (50)  fifty chapters the Book of Jeremiah hammers away at the guilt of Israel.  Their disobedience  eventually led to destruction and captivity.  It behooves us to seek the Will & Way of the Lord in these “Latter Days” when so much is going on throughout the  world that goes against what the Lord has said.  Many countries are suffering including the United States of America.  Many of the ways of the world have also  nested themselves in the midst of the Lord’s Church. We who are called  must continue to  speak forth the Truth of God’s Word whether,  if it is received or not.  God has provided a plethora of  ways and resources for us to do so.

God always leaves a remnant of His people. We are to “be in the world but not of the world…” We are to daily embrace the Truth of His word and live out His principles within our daily lives. God keeps His promises and will continue to grow us in His grace, wisdom and knowledge as we  strive and live to please Him. There is nothing more important in life. Life itself consists because of God! ” For it is in HIM we live and move and have our being…”

Have you read God’s Word this week? It is never too late to start today. God’s Word is like no other. It is ALIVE!

In Jeremiah God promised the people  that at some point He would give them Pastors after His own heart.  If you read Jeremiah closely you will see that this never happened during the time of the Prophet Jeremiah. Idolatry was prevalent and many false lying  prophets were plentiful. There was even wickedness in the Temple.  “The prophets follow an evil course and use their power unjustly, Both prophet an priest are godless  even in the temple I find their  wickedness…” Jeremiah 23 There were also  many droughts and famines throughout the land.

The majority of the  people did not have access to the Word as we do now. Most  of them received the Word through the prophets and the priests.  Today we are without excuse. God’s Word is readily available.

Today in this 21st century  we have easy access to the Word of God. It is important to spend time with the Lord in His Word and encourage others to do so as well.  This is how we make a difference.  Then, when or wherever we gather together for worship we will be well prepared to worship the Lord in the  way He so rightly deserves.  God is omnipresent and always present and available to help us  in any and every situation wherever we are. He does not force His way into our lives.  God  really wants to be a part of every area of our lives.  I assure you He can and will make all the difference in the world like no other.

In the Book of Hebrews  God shows us that He changes His people from the inside out.  He places his laws within their hearts.  He comes to abide within us as we accept Christ Jesus as Savior and Lord.  He gives us His precious Holy Spirit His Comforter, who  is then able to lead and guide us to ALL TRUTH!  Praise God  & Thank You Lord!

Truly the Lord is My Shepherd!

“Woe be unto the Pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of MY PASTURE! Said the LORD!” JEREMIAH 23

KNOW & EMBRACE THE TRUTH OF GOD’S WORD! SPEND TIME DAILY WITH THE LORD IN HIS WORD.  “WALK IN THE LIGHT” & DAILY PUT ON THE ARMOR OF THE LORD. THIS IS HOW YOU PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE COMING OF THE LORD. WE ARE TO LIVE  EACH DAY AS THOUGH WE EXPECT HIM AT ANY TIME.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ACTUALLY READ GOD’S WORD DURING THE WEEK?
