The Nobody’s Perfect Club – Unlimited Excuses Part 1

The longer I live the more I realize how utterly important it is to develop an intimate personal relationship with the Lord. I have learned that when a teller is trained in the banking industry, they are taught how to recognize the authenticity of currency. Therefore, whenever a counterfeit bill is passed, they are able to recognize it.
“Nobody’s Perfect Club!”
You want to know how to recognize and hear the voice of the LORD!
We live in a real world that is full of systems of deception created to distract us from the genuine purpose of life. Our life purpose is to glorify GOD ALMIGHTY. Without the Holy Spirit as your Navigator you will get towed right along. This deception has further infiltrated the Church. It beckons those who are willing to make excuses for their shortcomings, to excuse self-gratification as a mere attribute to mankind’s imperfections. To immorally satisfy the carnal appetite to all who are willing to submit to the, well; “Nobody’s Perfect Club.”
This will only erroneously teach you although, “the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof;” He doesn’t really know how to bless His children. Why is that? Because He intends for them to stay dependent on anything and everybody until they leave this world. Although they don’t believe blessings are just material, actual spiritual growth and development are optional. I warn you this will only enslave you to a life dependent upon sin.
God really has given us many liberties. Know there are consequences for our choices.
We really often miss the point. You see God doesn’t force us. He allows us all the freedom to choose. Instead, many often choose to justify living a life where sin abounds. This gives us unlimited privileges in the “Nobody’s Perfect Club.” He did not make us to be robots. It is time out for playing games…
We are to daily grow in His grace and sin less. Not simply make excuses. These are some very serious; “Perilous Last days!” Yes, He does still intend for us to respect Him as Father and Lord within our daily lives. Not in a legalistic manner. We serve an Omnipresent, Omnipotent Almighty GOD! He wants us to enjoy healthy fulfilling well rounded lives! Remember always; “the earth is the LORD’S and the fullness thereof the world and them that dwell within it. For He has founded it upon the seas, and established t upon the floods…” Psalm 24
Ministry must go beyond the walls!
The “Nobody’s perfect club” allows easy access to unlimited excuses. It has a plethora of earthly benefits. You can live any way you want, say anything you want, little or no study required. Listening to an occasional lecture or message may be required to help you with attendance kudos. Or just reading a few scriptures. Listening not required just say amen when it gets too quiet. Just show up on Sunday? And act as you are happy? This Guarantees access to many carnal fringe benefits I prefer not to mention. You may even receive a B.A. (born again) if you don’t rock the boat. Come as you are and possibly stay as you are? And yes, your name placed on the membership role. You see we are saved by grace. That gives you a license to indulge yourself. Afterall “Nobody’s perfect.”
One caution, you may be persecuted or covertly disfellowshipped if you genuinely decide to “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the WORD of TRUTH. But shun profane and vain babblings; for they will increase unto more ungodliness. “ II Timothy 2 Why? Because you are trying to be too perfect.
Please if you have truly accepted “Christ as your personal Savior” allow Him to really work within you and actually become an integral part of your daily life. Allow Him to activate His Holy Spirit within your life. HE CAN CLEANSE YOU FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS… You can be content, happy and fulfilled in the Lord. And you do not have to compromise His Word or principles. Know you will often be misunderstood. God can and will make a marvelous difference within your life. And also make spiritual deposits to your eternal account that will yield a harvest of marvelous spiritual, physical, and an endless array of marvelous blessings.
Accept Christ Jesus into your heart
If you have not accepted JESUS as your SAVIOR & LORD; please DO, “ACCEPT HIM NOW!” Truly and earnestly ask JESUS into your heart and life this very moment. Ask Him to forgive you for your sins because you want to make a FRESH START! You want to sincerely REPENT!!! (Meaning; COMMIT to turn from your ways and the ways of the world and turn your life over to GOD!) & SAY YES to GOD!!! Because You really do want to change and sincerely commit your life to GOD!
I assure you it will be a marvelous journey like no other. If you have grown slack in your commitment; (to GOD’s principles activated in your life) it is time to recommit! Getting serious has its price. So, I must warn you. There is a serious battle ahead of you. When you do, it is important to know and expect, when you do this a lot of spiritual warfare will be launched against you as well as your family. It wants to discourage you and make you conform. So, know you will be placed under a microscope and any flaws even merely detected in you and your family will be magnified. But PRAISE BE TO GOD it is still truly worth it! Simply rest in the fact, GOD always knows the TRUTH!
GOD begins to manifest the Fruit of HIS SPIRIT within you as you commit to HIS WILL. We never get to the place that we can do without GOD. Spiritual strength grows as you grow up and exercise your FAITH & TRUST in the LORD!
There is much spiritual warfare that happens even in the midst of worship
GOD created us to live a life pleasing in His sight. It is important to “Worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth!” Yet know it can get interesting at times. Be ready, for a lot goes on during worship. Some people will step over you, talk over you and yes be downright rude. They can be quite territorial. They often really want to impress the Pastor more than God. Life is not a movie and Church is not a scene. Although it’s full of actors, it’s serious business. Things are not always as they appear. It is important to know we the people are GOD’S CHURCH! HEAVEN is HIS THRONE, and the earth is HIS footstool! Be ready! Because yes, you are in for some surprises. Don’t believe everything you hear. Whatever you do; DO NOT hang out with the gossipers.
There are many facets to a story so make sure you have the facts before you assume something is true. When in doubt pray and seek the Lord’s direction. I have seen relationships go awry based on error… Some will say and do just about anything. Be willing to take responsibility for whatever you say and or do. There is always a possibility you will be misunderstood. So, choose words & battles wisely. In the midst of spiritual warfare there are many fiery darts that come forth. But praise be to GOD for HIS breastplate of righteousness. Also know many also have selective memories.
Always know it is the “Truth that will set you Free!”
Seek to believe the TRUTH! God holds each of us accountable for what we know. PRAY FOR DISCERNMENT! Please bear with me. You see I have been in Church all my life. ABBA FATHER continues to grow me up in His grace, knowledge understanding and wisdom… HIS astounding ETERNAL LOVE is glorious! If this is not where you are you have no need to be offended.
Life is precious. “GOD IS not a respecter of persons!” Each day is an opportunity to grow in the wisdom and knowledge of the Lord. We can reap and enjoy all these marvelous spiritual benefits. Come what may, it is your choice. As you mature in the Lord you become increasingly aware that He is absolutely aware of your motives, actions and intents. Therefore, you don’t indulge in the mental games. Your responses are not hasty but intentional. Your desire is to facilitate and encourage genuine spiritual growth to help mature the Body of Christ. You know that we have as children of God a responsibility to give our omnipresent Heavenly Father Honor! “We are to be in the world but not of the world…” To encourage, admonish and correct one another with the Word in a healthy manner. As well as embrace it daily and live it out in front of non-believers as well. To get to know God and develop a personal ongoing intimate relationship with Him through Christ Jesus.
For we have committed to be HIS people!
The “DOWN-LOW ” Going on in the CHURCH! ~

I must preface this by saying that the “Down-Low” is a rather controversial “taboo” subject. You may be offended by the contents before you. In general, this is preferably for adults only? It may ruffle your feathers a bit? However, I do think that having an open conversation with your mature teens should be a priority considered at your discretion… You might be quite surprised by their reactions? This helps to protect them from acquiring felonious information in regard to the “Down-Low” from an outside source as well as keeps the lines of communication open. They may know more than you think? If you are sensitive to the topic of sex; read no further!
The Bible has a lot to say about sex. It talks about what is proper and it also talks about what is unacceptable as well as what is an abomination to GOD. It is always my intention to encourage What God has to say from a Biblical spiritual perspective.
What is the “Down-Low”?
The “Down-Low” is a discreet sexual encounter between a so called straight married man as well as unmarried men who have sexual relationships with other men. They often have sex with their friends and other men without telling their spouse or partner! This happens within many races and cultures on every social economic level. Often random one-night stands take place… Many who are professed Christians partake in this as well. This should not be. What is so very sad about this is absolutely nothing is hidden from GOD! The fact that it is kept secret should tell you something. It is actually really another form of perverted homosexuality.
In this 21st century it becomes increasingly clear to me why God designed marriage in the way in which He did. One Man and one Woman for life is God’s design for marriage. Marriage is a sacred “Covenant Agreement” between one man, one woman and GOD! He has not changed His design. His design for sex within marriage was to give us healthy sexual boundaries. This keeps us free from STD’s, Herpes, HIV and AIDS!
The “Down-Low” is no doubt a homosexual act… According to the Word of God homosexuality goes against one’s natural nature. God did not ever intend for a man’s anatomical exit to be an entrance point. Intercourse in this manner is considered an indecent act. This is still in your Bible if you have not torn it out!
“Therefore, God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchange the TRUTH of God for a lie, and worshipped and served created things rather than the Creator- who is forever praised. AMEN! Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged the natural relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.” Romans 1.
If you beg to differ. Take it up with GOD!
I believe all of God’s Word. Do as you please but nowhere in the Word does God condone any form of homosexuality, adultery, fornication or any sex outside of marriage. They are all sexual sins. Is Deliverance possible; Yes! God is able! He did tell the woman caught in adultery; “To go and sin no more!” That mean to not continue to practice sin.
I realize that these may be chosen lifestyles for many? You can choose as you please… But it does not make it right in the eyes of God regardless of who says so. Sex outside of marriage does not have God’s blessings! We; meaning believers are supposed to be “in the world but not of the world.” John 17. World; meaning cosmos the devil is the ruler of the cosmos. We are physically present in this world, but we are children of the kingdom of God. We are children of the LIGHT! We are supposed to daily walk in the Light. We are sanctified by believing and implementing the Truth of God’s Word within our lives. We are not to practice walking in darkness. GOD SAYS; “Thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven…”
The enemy seeks to have you step outside of the Word of God! The Word of God always points us in God’s direction. It is a Light unto our path. It shines the Light on darkness and can point us back to the right path as well. We are to be “Narrow Road” travelers. This is why we all need Jesus as Savior and Lord to save us from the power and clutches of sin reigning within our lives!
I have counseled with some who have been ensnared into lifestyles of alternative sexual relationships. I have seen the aftermath of what it does to the soul, the person, spouse and family… In many cases it creates and ongoing cycle of distrust, rejection, selfishness and secretiveness that causes much ambivalence, despair, insecurity, resentment and anxiety for those involved.
Sexual misconduct should not be embraced, overlooked, or excused especially so when you are called to minister. To be a Minister means that you commit to preaching, teaching, proclaiming and living out the principles of God and encourage others to do so as well. We are supposed to present the TRUTH of GOD’S WORD regardless of what the world, the masses or anyone else says is okay. Whenever you are experiencing extensive inner turmoil or conflict one must seek wise spiritual counsel and seek to resolve the issues that hinder you from confronting whatever the issue might be and reconciling yourself to the Lord.
The reason it is allowed to continue is no one wants to confront the offense. They seek to not address it but instead enable the participants. Leaving them on the “Broad Road” that leads to spiritual destruction. This is not loving them. It is sanctioning what GOD says; DON’T DO!
For an example a while back Iyanla Vanzant on one of her “Fix my life” shows presented an episode that depicts two different Ministers who have been involved in multiple secret homosexual affairs. They both preside over congregations. How can this be? The emotional turmoil and stress they are experiencing is candidly showcased. The consequences of this sinful behavior choice has greatly impacted their marital lives. Both ministers have suffered as well as their family life and the congregations that they pastor.
Do you realize that this creates a cycle of sin? Where many are being drawn in by a seducing ungodly spirit. Some are aware but are paralyzed by a pseudo compassion. This causes them to not want to have their spiritual eyes opened to see the harm that is being perpetuated.
The inner pain that both of these pastors are experiencing due to the shame and secret deception is quite evident. Neither one cannot have inner peace apart from God. God is a compassionate caring and loving, but He does not condone or sanction any behavior that is contrary to His Word in anyone. This is what His genuine Love is all about. Here lies the conflict. By what spirit are you ministering to God’s people or non-believers? A seducing ungodly spirit of course. The call to ministry is not to adjust GOD’S WORD to make anyone feel comfortable in sin. This is totally out of order! God is clear; Sin is what separates us from God.
When the man on the “Down-Low” is in ministry this can be devastating. This causes much conflict within the family as far as their belief system. For example; the woman may seek the comfort of another woman. This goes against the Word of God. You are also now out of the will of the Lord! This in turn leads to a confusing physical relationship that further complicates her life as well as further harm to the family. This should not be. A spiritual boundary is being crossed. This is the ultimate rejection so her self-esteem is at stake. She begins to question her own sexuality? To assuage her guilt she now also turns to drugs.
Denial big time is happening…
The various family members begin to act out rebelliously and justify turning to worldly living… In some cases, even becoming a lesbian, homosexual or bisexual… This is not good or acceptable according to Biblical Standards. Although it has become acceptable in the eyes of many in the world… The children become confused as to what is right? Now many children have been supported in questioning their gender? They begin to experiment and then can become promiscuous as they reach puberty… Which begins to perpetuate another vicious cycle of dysfunction? What’s next? For now the world and its principles have now entered and taken root within their home. The enemy has covertly shifted the entire focus of the family from God’s principles to his… A stronghold has taken place.
It really boils down to spiritual warfare!!!
The Word of God is powerful and was given to help us navigate through this maze of life. We must proclaim the Truth of His Word and encourage others to draw closer to the Lord in these “Last Days. ” Rather than cosign behavior God does not sanction. Ministry is about encouraging others to learn to daily embrace God’s Way of living! Not making them comfortable in sin. Making them feel comfortable enables them and leaves them without godly protection.
I know what it is like to be censored and oppressed for believing the Truth of God’s Word. But regardless of that I will STILL STAND upon the WORD OF GOD! We must stand on the Word of God. This is the requirement of the “CALL to Ministry!”
Many often compromise for fear of rejection or being thought of as judgmental. Or fear their congregation will fall off… However, by ignoring God’s Word they negate His principles. Accountability to God is instead compromised for acceptance… “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires. These men will divide you who follow mere instincts and do not have the Spirit. But you, dear friends, build yourself up in the most Holy Faith and PRAY in the SPIRIT.” Jude 1.
CONTEND FR THE FAITH!!!
When you see someone, drowning do you try to help them to keep drowning? The point is we are called believers for a reason. The world and its ways of manipulation have worked itself into God’s Church. I am not talking about the building! I mean the lives of many baptized believers. The world says, “do whatever you feel is right.” But The Word of God says “REPENT!” Which means to turn to God; not to continue to repeat the behavior? We are not to jump into the quicksand of life! “Be merciful to those who doubt; snatch them out from the fire and save them; to others show mercy, mixed with fear – hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh.” Jude 1.
It is important not to compromise the Word of God even if it means being misunderstood. You can or should deliver the Word in it’s proper context. It is much more important what God knows rather than what others think? Don’t give in to false doctrine that goes against what God says. We are supposed to influence the world not let it influence us! Spend time meditating on His Word; “Be still and know!”
It is so important that we personally know God’s Word for ourselves! We must develop and ongoing, growing intimate relationship with the Lord. This is about learning how to honor God with your bodies. In the Old Testament sacrifices were offered to God for the sins of the people. Now the world says do whatever feels right to you.” Jesus became the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of the world. Now we are to offer our body as a sacrifice to the Lord. As we do this our lives are transformed, and our minds can be renewed daily by the Word of God. Do you believe God knows what is best for us?
“Therefore, I urge you brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God –this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer by the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – His good, pleasing and perfect will.” Romans 12.
One must seek to rise above any behavior that is not pleasing to the Lord. This closeted homosexuality, adulterous, bisexuality is sinfully dangerous from God’s perspective The “Down-Low” is one of those patterns of the world, and it is inappropriate!
I realize that the Church is divided on the subject of sex. No one wants to talk about sex really, or address the growing issues? Do we continue to just bury our heads in the sand like an ostrich? absolutely NOT! Many go to worship, sing, pray, dance, shout, fellowship and then go back to in many instances a lifestyle that is contrary to what God says is acceptable! This is not to target simply homosexuals or lesbians. But to shed LIGHT on the reality of what God was about sexual relationships… It is important to know that you are living out of the will of GOD! Worship really becomes a temporary distraction or just another social activity when this is ignored? Think for a moment; what if Jesus were to return today or tomorrow? God is aware of the Truth… “True worshippers must “Worship HIM in SPIRIT and in TRUTH.”
The idea of worship is to honor the Lord is it not? Are we not to learn to worship Him with our lives daily? Or just simply make everyone feel comfortable and have an emotional charge so they will come back.
To be entertained rather than “Worship God!”
Should we not be concerned? Look around and see what has happened. things have gotten out of control… Concerned does not mean you make someone feel comfortable in sin. For it is a slow day by day death in process. Bringing it to the forefront; means that you care enough that you want to do something about it to help them… Many do not realize that they are looking for love in all the wrong places. The enemy just uses sex to win a stronghold over your life! He always perverts and distorts what God made for physical expression within the confines of marriage!
How to confront wisely
If you know that your spouse is indulging in a sexual relationship outside of marriage; I suggest stepping back. If you suspect this is so, be careful how you confront your spouse. Set aside some time when you both can talk. It is important that you get yourself tested? Prepare yourself. Keep in mind he may not be ready to confront his behavior. He may be offended if he is a leader in the Church… This makes it just that much more important! Talk about your relationship and how you feel. Allow him to talk about how he is feeling. Time to get dangerously untrapped from this behavior! Ask him about his current sexual relationship with you before you approach his suspected infidelities if you are not sure?
When you find out this is so? Know you cannot change him; he has to want to change. Many women marry men thinking that they are going to change them? It won’t happen! Only God can do this! “HE IS ABLE!” You can and should always strive to model godly behavior. Embrace prayer daily. Seek and Consult with a godly couple that will reflect and reinforce the principles of God. You can intercede and “pray without ceasing” fervently all throughout your day! Know that this is his problem and you are not the cause. He needs deliverance! It is important that he seeks help and you both get godly counsel as to how you go forward?
REPENT!!!
A Purpose Driven Church

A purpose driven church seeks to fulfill the “Great Commission.” It is motivated from an overwhelming sincere desire to see others come into fellowship with God through His Son Jesus Christ. It encourages its members to spiritually grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ through His WORD. It fosters a healthy environment for developing an ongoing forever-growing intimate relationship with Him through the power of His Holy Spirit. Biblical principles are applied when dealing with life situations.
When you actually begin to implement God’s principles in your daily lifestyle you will see a definite change. A surface relationship is no longer acceptable. An ongoing personal relationship with the Lord will sustain, lead, guide and direct you through your life’s journey. It is virtually impossible to have a true encounter with God that doesn’t have some type of impact. Your desire to live a life pleasing to God increases as you grow spiritually. Your life will have purpose. It is a journey like no other. This is not a journey like the hamster on a treadmill. Just merely spinning your wheels and not ever getting anywhere! Dark old habits, lying, envy, strife, coveting, addictions and heartaches are allowed to come to the surface to actually dissipate in His penetrating yet convicting Light.
A purpose driven Church will teach you that our lives and heart are open and exposed to God. There is absolutely nothing that is hidden from God. Acknowledging, confessing and actually experiencing repentance from sin should become welcomed companions. It does not merely encourage one to enlist in a barrage of activities. God truly is recognized as the central focus. Families are encouraged to foster healthy nurturing home environments. A healthy ministry is composed of healthy families. Being a Christian becomes a lifestyle rather than a weekend activity. This helps the old nature to become continuously harnessed and brought under self-control. God’s illuminating Light begins to brighten your path. His abiding Holy Spirit is there to comfort in sickness, distress or grief.
REPENT!!!
A purpose driven ministry is a place where everyone actually is someone. Not because they have been appointed to a position but because they know without doubt who they are becoming in CHRIST JESUS!
The old, in between and young are equally welcomed. They are encouraged to participate utilizing whatever gifts they have to offer for the furtherance of God’s Kingdom. Mutual respect replaces discriminating favoritism. Manipulation massed as compassion is unacceptable. A cult cliquish mentality is consciously not welcomed. A sincere effort to establish a balanced spiritual Body is indisputable. True freedom in Christ through the knowledge of His WORD is realized. The Elders/Ministers and or Missionaries of God’s flock consciously encourages God centered relationships rather than dictating control and domination. Only God receives the preeminence!
The Church body of a purpose driven Ministry openly recognizes that Jesus Christ is the only “Great Head of His Church.” In many congregations the pastor is often thought of as “the head.” This misconception is abandoned. They know that the Church is actually the Bride of Christ Jesus! John clearly and carefully affirms that he himself was not the Light! That he came to bear witness that Jesus Christ was the Light of the world. John 10 tells us that there will be one Shepherd and one flock. The pastor is actually one of many overseers of God’s flock. They are charged to feed God’s flock with wisdom and understanding through His WORD according to Jeremiah 3.
Although there are many members in the body not one is more important than the other. Each individual is different and their function in the body is different. God puts the members in the body as it pleases HIM! A mature pastor does not feel threatened. He knows His position in Christ. In order to have a healthy spiritual environment we must give God His proper respect. God is a God of order. There CAN ONLY BE; “ONE HEAD!” A secure pastor equips the saints through the WORD. He does not manipulate them to think as he thinks. He always points them to the Lord. This empowers the members to recognize “truth from error.” He abandons the need to mentally abuse or manipulate the congregation. They know GOD IS OMNIPRESENT! He instead encourages the members to be daily lead by the Holy Spirit.
A purpose driven ministry recognizes the need for the saints first to be equipped themselves. This is what strengthens the overall Universal Church. Then they are willing and able to go forth confidently fulfilling His “Great Commission.” A fulfilling effective ministry seeks to acknowledge God in all of their ways. All of God’s children are equally welcomed by sincerely acknowledging all nations. They realize “flesh and blood shall not inherit the kingdom of heaven.” The members should be represented and openly reflected by every walk of life not solely by your name being on a list… God is Sovereign and Father of all.
GOD has but one UNIVERSAL CHURCH!
Ask yourself is your current place of ministry purpose driven? What is its purpose? Is it to merely solicit funding to maintain the building? Is to grow in numbers? Is it so you can be the biggest and best in your neighborhood or zip code? Is it to equip the saints? Is it to restore families? Is it spiritually sound? Is it to enlighten others no matter what their color or culture is; and introduce them to Christ? Do some things need to change? Is it actually filling the “Great Commission?”
CHRIST JESUS died ON THE CROSS AND HE AROSE WITH ALL POWER so we might be FREE to LIVE FOR GOD! Not to be bound by the traditions of man… That we individually as well as collectively represent Him on earth. We as believers are to apply and embrace the truth and principles of His Word within our own daily lives. We are to encourage others to do the same “Saved” or unsaved. Making others feel comfortable in sin is NOT loving them… We can call upon Jesus as Savior and Lord 24/7 wherever we are. Christ Jesus and He alone is the only one to walk in the flesh and actually completely conquer sin in the flesh. Therefore as long as God has any of us on this side of Heaven it is to improve, grow in His grace “walking in the light” toward perfection in Him! He is our perfect example and Savior. He imputes HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS to us as we walk in obedience.
” Even now the RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD without the law is manifested being witnessed by the law and the prophets. Even the RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD which is by FAITH of JESUS CHRIST UNTO ALL AND UPON ALL THEM THAT BELIEVE; FOR THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE. ALL have sinned and come short of the Glory of God” Romans 3 This is the great equalizer.
Each and every one of us needs Christ Jesus as our Lord an Savior. His precious blood is able to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. He is worthy of all the glory and the honor. Just know your freedom has been purchased by His death on the cross. He arose with all power to also make this known to all the principalities and lesser powers… HE IS LORD! He bestows upon us His precious Holy Spirit, His Comforter to help us.
God’s resources are inexhaustible and available to us. However we must seek Him above all else and walk in obedience to His Word. That is if we want to enter into His Kingdom. John tells us ” that the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Which means it’s right here! There is nothing in the world that even compares to what God has to offer. This goes far beyond the material. Know without a doubt as His child “He will never leave you nor forsake you.” It is only through CHRIST JESUS that you can become PERFECT! For it is in Him you can become complete!
A purpose driven ministry will encourage you to do your homework. Do you want to be Blessed? Well, Psalms tells us that we will be blessed if we; “meditate upon His Word day and night.” Life brings joys, sorrow and grief, with much spiritual warfare. We must realistically be prepared. How much of your time is really spent in prayer and meditation? Why not commence to bathe in the warmth of His Word? It has miraculous cleansing and healing power. God has the ultimate design for your life. How will you know what it is if you don’t spend time with Him?
Acknowledging God, as Creator is optional from the world‘s perspective. This is why it is very important that God becomes the focal point of our worship services. Rather than focus on your pain or sorrows focus upon HIM! Instead allow the Lord the opportunity to deliver you and lighten your burdens. We live in the world but we are not supposed to be like the world! “It is in Him we live and move and have our being.” His principles of balance and harmony are indispensably visible. His towering height less enormous firmament is a constant reminder of His awesome omnipresence. His grace displayed adorns the sky in the form of tender clouds. Suspended high above like soft billowing cotton. His magnificent creation is vociferously speaking all throughout the world! Although His omnipotent power is ever present He won’t force His way into your life.
A purpose driven ministry actually implements and embraces Biblical principles. The praise and worship harmoniously complement one another. It should ultimately be a place where the children of God can unload; refuel, recharge, and leave refreshed and ready to proclaim the Gospel. To not return Sunday after Sunday burdened and shackled. There home life becomes or can become continually improved as well as they daily invite the presence of the Lord.
In a Purpose Driven Church when and if desired unbelievers are readily encouraged to choose adoption into the “Family of God.” The main focus of a purpose driven ministry is committed to reconciling souls to Jesus Christ. We as His children can actually become His ambassadors! An ambassador is sent to fulfill a duty. Ask yourself? Are you growing in the grace, wisdom and understanding of the Lord? Or are you stagnate? Are you fulfilling your duty? Or are you simply going along with the program for acceptance? Is Christ really the center of your ministry? Is it your purpose or is it GOD’S PURPOSE?
It is important to know where you are in the LORD! If CHRIST JESUS returned today are you ready?
