I AM NOT ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL

THIS IS THE GOSPEL WE PREACH:

IT IS BECAUSE OF HIS LOVE ALMIGHTY GOD ALLOWED OUR LORD & SAVIOR CHRIST JESUS TO LEAVE HEAVEN. THEN BECOME ADORNED WITHIN A SINLESS EARTH BODY, BORN OF A WOMAN. HE LIVED A SINLESS LIFE, HEALED, DELIVERED, FED, SAVED AND SET FREE MULTITUDES OF PEOPLE…  JESUS MIRACULOUSLY AND MAGNIFICENTLY OVERCAME SIN, DEATH & THE GRAVE AS WELL AS THE POWERS & PRINCIPALITIES THAT BE.

“…FOR IT IS BY HIM WERE ALL THINGS CREATED, THAT ARE IN HEAVEN, AND THAT ARE IN EARTH, VISIBLE AND INVISIBLE WHETHER THEY BE THRONES, OR DOMINIONS, OR PRINCIPALITIES, OR POWERS, ALL THINGS WERE CREATED, BY AND FOR HIM:

AND HE IS BEFORE ALL THINGS, AND BY HIM, ALL THINGS CONSIST.

AND HE IS THE HEAD OF THE BODY, THE CHURCH: WHO IS THE BEGINNING, THE FIRSTBORN FROM THE DEAD; THAT IN ALL THINGS HE MIGHT HAVE THE PREEMINENCE.

FOR IT PLEASED THE FATHER THAT IN HIM SHOULD ALL THE FULLNESS DWELL…” COLOSSIANS 1

JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD, FOR HE IS THE PRECIOUS LAMB OF GOD, WHO SACRIFICED HIS LIFE FOR US AND THE SINS OF THE ENTIRE WORLD.  YET, HE WAS MISTREATED, BEATEN, CRUCIFIED UPON THE CROSS, DIED & WAS BURIED IN A BORROWED TOMB. AND THEN AFTER (3) THREE DAYS HE AROSE WITH ALL POWER!!! ALL BECAUSE OF GOD’S LOVE FOR US!!!

TRUE BELIEVERS CAN SAY, “I HAVE BEEN REDEEMED!”

“…FOR THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE, FOR ALL HAVE SINNED AND FALLEN SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD, BEING JUSTIFIED FREELY BY HIS GRACE THROUGH THE REDEMPTION THAT IS IN CHRIST JESUS, WHOM GOD SET FORTH AS A PROPITIATION…” ROMANS 3

THEREFORE, WE ALL NEED CHRIST JESUS AS OUR LORD & SAVIOR!!! ABBA HEAVENLY HOLY FATHER THANK YOU FOR YOUR MARVELOUS OMNIPRESENCE!!!

KNOW THIS; GOD’S LOVE NEVER FAILS!!! THEREFORE, WITH THE HELP OF THE LORD WE CAN OVERCOME evil WITH GOOD!!!

TRUE BELIEVERS CAN SAY, “I HAVE BEEN REDEEMED!”

KNOW THIS; GOD IS ALSO A GOD OF WRATH!!!

Nineveh was the capital of the ancient powerful Assyrian Empire.   They were known for their brutality, disrespectfulness, carnality, cruelty and violence.

Jonah was called by God. He was sent to the city of Nineveh by GOD. Jonah means “Dove!” He was to preach to them. Jonah did not want to go to Nineveh.  So, he instead tried to flee to Joppa aboard a ship. But the Lord sent a great wind that caused a furious tempestuous storm upon the sea.  Jonah knew he was the cause. The mariners on board finally threw Jonah overboard at his request.  God had prepared a “Great Fish” that swallowed up Jonah. He was in the belly of the fish for (3) three days. Jonah fervently prayed in the belly of the Great Fish.  The Great Fish finally spit Jonah out on dry land. He then reluctantly went to the great city of Nineveh after traveling (3) three days.  Jonah preached to the inhabitants as well as to the King of Nineveh telling them to REPENT! He told them frankly if they did not REPENT they would be overthrown after (40) forty days. Well the King as well as the people of Nineveh believed Jonah’s message from GOD.  He then proclaimed a fast and along with the people he too put on sackcloth, cried out to GOD and they repented. (See details in the Book of Jonah)

But years later again Nineveh backslide and once again returned to their old ways. It is in the Book of Nahum where it records the final destruction of Nineveh.

“GOD IS JEALOUS, AND THE LORD REVENGETH, AND IS FURIOUS; THE LORD WILL TAKE VENGEANCE ON HIS ADVERSARIES AND HE RESERVETH WRATH ON HIS ENEMIES.

THE LORD IS SLOW TO ANGER, AND GREAT IN POWER, AND WILL NOT acquit the wicked…” NAHUM 1 (See the details in the Book of Nahum)

CHRIST JESUS WAS GOD’S LOVE MANIFESTED IN SINLESS FLESH!!!

“…HE SENT HIS SON TO BE THE PROPITIATION FOR OUR SINS.” I JOHN 4

ABBA FATHER GOD, WE ACKNOWLEDGE YOU AS THE KING OF Kings & THE LORD OF Lords. YOU ARE THE ALPHA & THE OMEGA, THE BEGINNING & THE END, THE FIRST AND THE LAST. ABOVE YOU THERE IS NO OTHER. FOR YOU LORD GOD ARE THE GREAT; “I AM!” THEREFORE, WE DAILY RISE TO BLESS, HONOR, THANK & PRAISE YOUR HOLY NAME!

MANY CONFUSE GOD’S LOVE WITH; This world’s “Intoxicating Affections!” It is not the same.
KNOW THE DIFFERENCE. FOR THE CORINTHIAN CHURCH WAS OFTEN QUITE CARNAL & CONFUSED ABOUT MANY THINGS. AS WELL AS HOW THEY WORSHIPPED.  IT IS HERE IN CORINTHIANS THAT OUR LORD DEFINES AND MAKES CLEAR THE ATTRIBUTES OF HIS LOVE IN HIS WORD!

YOU CANNOT PLEASE BOTH GOD & Man/Woman…

HALLLELLLUJAH THANK YOU LORD!!! I HAVE BEEN REDEEMED!!!

IT IS WRITTEN:

“…AND THOUGH I BESTOW ALL MY GOODS TO FEED THE POOR, AND THOUGH I GIVE MY BODY TO BE BURNED, BUT HAVE NOT LOVE, IT PROFITS NOTHING.
LOVE SUFFERS LONG AND IS KIND; LOVE DOES NOT ENVY; LOVE DOES NOT PARADE ITSELF, IS NOT PUFFED UP: DOES NOT BEHAVE RUDELY, DOES NOT SEEK ITS OWN, IS NOT PROVOKED, THINKS NO evil; DOES NOT REJOICE IN iniquity; BUT REJOICES IN TRUTH; BEARS ALL THING,. HOPES ALL THINGS, ENDURES ALL THINGS. LOVE NEVER FAILS …” I CORINTHIANS 13 ~   REMEMBER THIS IS HOW GOD DEFINES HIS LOVE!

GOD’S LOVE IS ETERNAL
TRUE BELIEVERS CAN SAY, “I HAVE BEEN REDEEMED”

~ YES LORD!!! WE ARE SAVED BY THE GRACE OF GOD!!!
WE ARE TO DAILY STRIVE & THRIVE TO LIVE EVERYDAY; “TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!”

Revelation, A Case Study of A Valid Prophecy Part l

JESUS IS Coming Soon! IF HE Came Today; Are You Ready?

A Valid Prophecy

The Book of Revelation is quite an interesting, intriguing narrative account of the grand finale! Bursting at the seam it encompasses a great wealth of relative, similar, prophetic symbolism that is also found in the Books of Daniel and Zechariah. It is in Revelation that John shares his many quite extraordinary, remarkable visions. John endured a lot of persecution because of his faith and belief in Jesus Christ. It is here on the rocky island of Patmos John was exiled because he would not worship the pagan image of emperor Domitian.

What is so amazing there was improvement needed in each of the churches. John writes to the churches to help them get themselves in order. When John is writing he is writing to GOD’S entire CHURCH all throughout each city. He is obedient to make known what the Lord has given him to share. He candidly and transparently writes to the Church in Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Tyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and unto Laodicea. He warns them and tells them what is to come. He tells them to take head to what he is saying.

The Apostle John was a leader of the Church in Rome. He was placed on the rocky Isle of Patmos to be put to shame. He was isolated or rather banished because of His strong belief and testimony in Christ Jesus. The irony of this is John was so very deeply rooted and inspired by GOD. Therefore he did not allow his physicality to hinder him from being a yielded vessel to the Lord. He was well aware of GOD’S OMNIPRESENCE! No doubt he learned first hand “to be in the world but not of the world” Here on Patmos the Lord gave the Apostle John phenomenal vivid picturesque 3D visions of what was to come.

Revelation is a magnificent Book of Prophecy. It was shared and disbursed to the (7) seven Churches within Asia which was a province in the ancient Roman Empire. Today we and the Church at large down through the ages have continued to benefit greatly from Revelation and its intriguing spiritual wisdom. Always keep in mind that seven is the number of completion.

The beauty of the Lord is He does sometime require that we disengage from the world. But never isolate ourselves from Him. “Draw nigh to GOD and HE will draw nigh to you!” Most writers or scribes are accustomed to spending time away in order to bring forth a message. God did not make any of us to be robots. He who in the fullness of His sovereign power allows us to choose. It is wise to spend time in the presence of the LORD! He sharpens and refines our discernment. As we grow in the grace and wisdom of the Lord we become more aware of who He is. The incredible thing about the Lord is we are never away from HIS OMNIPRESENCE.

Scores of readers shy away from reading Revelation and find some of its contents a bit disturbing. Others simply find it weird and even a bit irrational. However, when one looks closer through a spiritual lens you will discover that John truly and unselfishly intended to enlighten, inspire hope and encouragement in the midst of his own personal predicament. Revelation contains valid prophecy and a plethora of spiritual blessings.

The (7) Seven Churches

The person of Jesus Christ, His divine nature and character are transparently revealed in Revelation. Revelation comes from the Greek word apokalypsis, it means the unveiling of something that was previously unrevealed. The Apostle John saw amazing enlightening visions that he was instructed to write down while exiled to the Island of Patmos. He was directed by the Lord to send letters to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea they were within the province of Asia. Within these seven cities the Church had been established. Remember John had been exiled to Patmos for preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Revelation has been described as one of the most complicated, intimidating Books in the Bible. One might pose the question; “Well if it is so complicated then why bother at all to read Revelation?” First and foremost because it is the inspired Word of God. John gives us a profound reason to persevere through its contents. One must certainly solicit the aid and assistance of the Holy Spirit to open your spiritual ears for any lucid clarity. John himself really answers that question earlier on. He tells us that “Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take it to heart what is written in it, because the time is near…”

The Apostle John astutely reinforces the fact that Jesus Christ is Lord! Everything was spoken into existence by Him and He is the Head of GOD’S CHURCH! He lived here on earth as the Son of GOD and He is the KING of Kings and the LORD of Lords.

CHRIST JESUS: THE WORD IN SINLESS FLESH

Here in Revelation we are reminded that Jesus created all things and all things are subject to Him. This was also confirmed in Colossians 1 & John 1. This further helps one to understand why Jesus humbled Himself, and actually became the “Word in Sinless Flesh.” It was out of obedience to the will of the Father that JESUS came to earth from Heaven. He Lived a disciplined sinless life and overcame sin in the flesh. He was heinously beaten, persecuted and slandered. He was crucified upon the cross, died, then arose gloriously with all power. CHRIST JESUS BECAME THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE and died for the sins of the world! Here we learn the immense significance of His amazing position as the “Lamb of God.” He once and for all gave His life. For those who believe this is the GOSPEL the “GOOD NEWS!” Just by knowing who we are in Him helps us to live or can help us to live victoriously as John did despite his situation and what was happening in the world!

Essentially our purpose for life and living is to discover GOD as our CREATOR and MAKER. To seek Him above everything else. We as believers belong to GOD. Therefore, we must accept CHRIST JESUS into our hearts as our LORD & SAVIOR! For we who are believers have been purchased with His Blood. GOD bestows upon us the precious “GIFT” of HIS HOLY SPIRIT; HIS COMFORTER TO LEAD US to ALL TRUTH! We must always keep in mind that The CHURCH belongs to HIM. CHRIST JESUS IS THE HEAD OF HIS CHURCH & HIS CHURCH IS HIS BRIDE!

Revelation contains an affluent wealth of prophetic visions that stretches one’s imagination to think far beyond the surface. To ponder and launch out into the deep where one’s faith or lack thereof becomes apparent. John goes on to describe the events on a scroll to be sent to the seven (7) cities where the Church was established. The seven (7) Spirits are the eyes of God which are spiritual facets of God’s Holy Spirit. The seven (7) gold lampstands represent the Church. To each of them he has some very specific and interesting comments. Take some time and see where your congregation of choice is? “He who has an ear, let Him hear what the Spirit says to the Church.”

It is important today in this 21st century to be mindful that the scriptures are being fulfilled. GOD’S WORD IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! God wants us to have an intimate daily personal relationship with Him. He is the Most High God above Him is no other! It is important to know the Lord’s Word for yourself. This way you “will no longer be infants tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming…” as expressed in Ephesians 4.

Ongoing Spiritual Warfare

It is here in Revelation that we are reminded of the ongoing spiritual warfare that was and has continued to go on within and against God’s Church. Keep in mind when Revelation was written the many large, small, storefront and or mega buildings where the Church comes together for worship did not exist. We are to worship God daily. Yes we can come together to worship. With two, three, a few, many or a multitude… We the people are GOD’S CHURCH not the buildings we gather together in. When CHRIST returns we will be “CAUGHT UP TOGETHER WITH THEM in the CLOUDS to MEET THE LORD in the AIR. SO SHALL WE FOREVER BE WITH HIM ” I Thessalonians 4

GOD DOES NOT HAVE TO ASK ANYONE’S PERMISSION TO BLESS US!!!

We live within a Spiritual warzone. The war between good and evil continues to divide God’s Church. This is again why it is so very important to have an intimate personal relationship with the Lord and know His Word. Revelation does not easily open its contents for one to readily embrace and understand. One must seek and call upon the Holy Spirit to keep you attentive. To continue through the many passages that requires a deep concentration and steadfastness through the many tumultuous interludes. This is also why it is so very important to worship the LORD “in SPIRIT and in TRUTH” whenever or wherever you worship; GOD indeed, is always truly worthy of our sincere praise!

All in all Revelation major overtones reassures us that our HOPE and TRUST must be in the Lord. John clearly reminds us that GOD alone, gave His only Begotten Son to redeem us from the clutches of sin and death and insure our access to eternal life!

Seven (7) is the Number of Completion

It is through Adam & Eve that sin and death entered our existence. During one’s mesmerizing safaric enlightening journey through Revelation there are many turns and unexpected surprises. Vivid, veracious scenes depicting the seven (7) seals, seven (7) trumpets, scrolls, exotic creatures, dragons and angels, seven (7) plagues and seven (7) bowls of God’s wrath, and a wondrous plethora of rare precious gemstones and so much more… Here in Revelation there is also a wonderful vision magnificently illustrating the joy and honor for being invited to the great wedding supper.

SEVEN (7) is the number of COMPLETION! It is within the LORD we can become complete. Everything we will ever need for life, daily living & eternal life we can discover in Him. The KING of Kings and the LORD of Lords emerges and gives us a marvelous glimpse of what Heaven is like. Always keep in mind; It is through Jesus Christ’s love for us, His birth, sinless life, crucifixion, death and resurrection that we have been redeemed and given the gift of eternal life. Within the power of His Glorious Resurrection is our Eternal Hope!

What has been happening within our country and throughout this world…

Yes, our country had a dreadful economic crisis, and property values plummeted and are now slowly rising. Extreme climatic weather conditions worldwide have been occurring. A multiplicity of extreme devastating forest fires persist. And yes, we are also experiencing the collateral damage of this Pandemic Coronavirus all over the world… Millions have been globally impacted. Hundreds of thousands have lost their lives and many have despairingly suffered. Things on the earth will never be quite as they were. As long as there are human beings on earth we can expect something…

In His time the Lord will restore whatever has been unjustly taken from us. God always has something better in store. He will also strengthen and solidify your trust in Him as we embrace and apply His Word to our daily lives… With the Lord nothing is ever really lost it is often shifted to another form or location or held in abeyance momentarily. Know that God never has a recession in Heaven or earth. The earth and everything in it is His! He so graciously allows us here on earth to momentarily partake in His many blessings. Everything really does belongs to Him!

There is much spiritual warfare going on to undermine the principles of God. Look all around and see the things that have happened contrary to His Word! The Supreme Court even voted against the WORD of GOD in favor of “same sex unions.”

Yes there has been is a plethora of foreign and domestic terrorism. There is also a resurgence of racial discrimination, systemic racism, racial profiling, violation of privacy as well as escalating of the many varied and random senseless shootings…

Yes, let us be ever mindful of the earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes, fires flooding, mudslides, rain, sleet, snow, fierce winds, storms, tsunamis and various horrendous extreme climatic weather conditions. The massive destructive heinous fires as well. Many lives, homes, businesses, possessions and sanctuaries have been lost. Pray for those who are going through and for those who continue to experience the repercussions of the aftermath from all of the various storms. In times like these we need a Savior.

We must learn to keep our focus upon the Lord!

Let us not overlook the scandalous political forum that persists. It is clear that the WORD of GOD is being fulfilled for some of everything is going on. Pandora’s Box has lost its lid.

All of this serves to confirm the authenticity of God’s Word! There is yet more to come.

It is so very important to spend some time daily in the Word of God! Pray for discernment so you can better discern what time it is. God has forewarned is to live each day as though the Lord were going to return.

The Angel in REVELATION speaks candidly to the Churches

In Revelation an angel of the Lord reminds us that “These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord the God of the spirits and prophets, sent an angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.” God knows us from the inside out through and through. He knows the why, who what, and why not. You may not want to think about it but time is of the essence. Our entire lives are an open book to the Lord this is inclusive of everyone all over this entire universe!

It is important that we keep in mind that our life continues on throughout eternity. It is important that you know without doubt for sure where you will spend eternity! This is not based upon what someone says, thinks or does not say about you. It is based on His Word and knowing without a doubt that it is to Him you belong. “It is in Him we live and move have our being.”

Hear what His Spirit has to say “BLESSED are those who wash their robes, that they may go through the gates of the city. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehoods…”

Although Revelation may be difficult to comprehend at times, I want to encourage you to read on prayerfully. Remember the Word of God is like no other. It is “quick (alive) and powerful, sharper than a two-edged sword…”Since it is so full of vibrant life, each time you take time to read it and glean it’s wisdom your spiritual ears and eyes are opened just that much more! You can learn something new each time. And yes most definitely, Revelation always keep in mind is a valid prophecy

If you have truly accepted Jesus Christ into your heart you have been granted the “GIFT” of Eternal Life in Heaven. God is your Father & Creator! But, have you really given some serious thought to what eternity will be like? Are you really living today to prepare to live with the Lord for eternity? Imagine The Word tells us that there will be no more, death, pain or sorrow!“GOD will wipe every tear from their eyes; AND THERE WILL BE NO MORE death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there b an more pain. for the former things are passed away!” Revelation 21 For there will be ongoing praising & rejoicing...

It is important to realize when you truly are living for the Lord whatever you are going through its not over for you. It’s just temporary. REPENT! Have FAITH in GOD! In the end “WE WIN” GOD always has the last WORD! “These are the words of HIM who is HOLY and TRUE, who holds the KEY of DAVID, What HE opens NO ONE can shut, and what HE shuts NO ONE can open!”

GENESIS to REVELATION

The Bible starts with a marvelous story of Creation. Genesis records the Beginning. Revelation records the End. It concludes with the creation of a new heaven and earth in Revelation. Those who overcome through Jesus Christ will “stand firm in the end.” (evil will not be able to mimic itself as good and continue to deceive many…) We don’t know the day nor the hour but JESUS is coming soon!!! We can draw nigh to GOD everyday. For HE will draw nigh to you. We can also rest assured that CHRIST JESUS is coming back for those who have not already transitioned and gone on to Heaven! Yes; know there will be some who do not believe who will be “left behind.” YOU have a choice! Life is but a vapor. Your day of transitioning to the Lord can come any day… So, start preparing and living NOW EVERYDAY as though you really are expecting CHRIST JESUS to return TODAY!

The Promises of GOD will be fulfilled! HIS WORD will not return void.

In this world where disobedience, mistreatment, persecution, immorality, evil, lying, SPIRITUAL WARFARE and deception continue to rise and escalate… CHRIST JESUS OUR SAVIOR tells us to endure by FAITHTRUST HIM! In spite of how things appear. He really does ultimately have ALL things and everyone under His control! His message of Love, Repentance, Faith and Salvation are extended to ALL!

“THANK YOU HALLLELLLUJAH!”

HE IS The GOOD SHEPHERD! HE IS The “BRIGHT and MORNING STAR!” HE IS The GREAT; “I AM” and above HIM is no other! HE IS The ALPHA and The OMEGA THE BEGINNING AND THE END! THE FIRST & THE LAST! HE IS GOD ALMIGHTY! We CAN ALWAYS have HOPE and TRUST in THE LORD & HIS WORD! Therefore, LIVE EVERYDAY; “TO GOD BE THE GLORY!” & FOREVER BLESS HIS HOLY NAME!!!

The Nobody’s Perfect Club – Unlimited Excuses Part 1

The longer I live the more I realize how utterly important it is to develop an intimate personal relationship with the Lord. I have learned that when a teller is trained in the banking industry, they are taught how to recognize the authenticity of currency. Therefore, whenever a counterfeit bill is passed, they are able to recognize it.

“Nobody’s Perfect Club!”

You want to know how to recognize and hear the voice of the LORD!

We live in a real world that is full of systems of deception created to distract us from the genuine purpose of life. Our life purpose is to glorify GOD ALMIGHTY.  Without the Holy Spirit as your Navigator you will get towed right along.   This deception has further infiltrated the Church. It beckons those who are willing to make excuses for their shortcomings, to excuse self-gratification as a mere attribute to mankind’s imperfections. To immorally satisfy the carnal appetite to all who are willing to submit to the, well; “Nobody’s Perfect Club.”

This will only erroneously teach you although, “the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof;”  He doesn’t really know how to bless His children. Why is that? Because He intends for them to stay dependent on anything and everybody until they leave this world. Although they don’t believe blessings are just material, actual spiritual growth and development are optional. I warn you this will only enslave you to a life dependent upon sin.

God really has given us many liberties.  Know there are consequences for our choices.

We really often miss the point. You see God doesn’t force us.  He allows us all the freedom to choose. Instead, many often choose to justify living a life where sin abounds. This gives us unlimited privileges in the “Nobody’s Perfect Club.” He did not make us to be robots. It is time out for playing games…

We are to daily grow in His grace and sin less.   Not simply make excuses. These are some very serious; “Perilous Last days!”  Yes, He does still intend for us to respect Him as Father and Lord within our daily lives. Not in a legalistic manner. We serve an Omnipresent, Omnipotent Almighty GOD! He wants us to enjoy healthy fulfilling well rounded lives! Remember always; “the earth is the LORD’S and the fullness thereof the world and them that dwell within it.  For He has founded it upon the seas, and established t upon the floods…” Psalm 24

Ministry must go beyond the walls!

The “Nobody’s perfect club” allows easy access to unlimited excuses. It has a plethora of earthly benefits. You can live any way you want, say anything you want, little or no study required. Listening to an occasional lecture or message may be required to help you with attendance kudos. Or just reading a few scriptures.  Listening not required just say amen when it gets too quiet. Just show up on Sunday? And act as you are happy? This Guarantees access to many carnal fringe benefits I prefer not to mention. You may even receive a B.A. (born again) if you don’t rock the boat.  Come as you are and possibly stay as you are?  And yes, your name placed on the membership role. You see we are saved by grace. That gives you a license to indulge yourself. Afterall “Nobody’s perfect.”

One caution, you may be persecuted or covertly disfellowshipped if you genuinely decide to “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needed not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the WORD of TRUTH.  But shun profane and vain babblings; for they will increase unto more ungodliness. “ II Timothy 2 Why? Because you are trying to be too perfect.

Please if you have truly accepted “Christ as your personal Savior” allow Him to really work within you and actually become an integral part of your daily life.  Allow Him to activate His Holy Spirit within your life.  HE CAN CLEANSE YOU FROM ALL UNRIGHTEOUSNESS…  You can be content, happy and fulfilled in the Lord. And you do not have to compromise His Word or principles. Know you will often be misunderstood.   God can and will make a marvelous difference within your life. And also make spiritual deposits to your eternal account that will yield a harvest of marvelous spiritual, physical, and an endless array of marvelous blessings.

Accept Christ Jesus into your heart

If you have not accepted JESUS as your SAVIOR & LORD; please DO, “ACCEPT HIM NOW!”  Truly and earnestly ask JESUS into your heart and life this very moment. Ask Him to forgive you for your sins because you want to make a FRESH START!   You want to sincerely  REPENT!!!  (Meaning; COMMIT to turn from your ways and the ways of the world and turn your life over to GOD!)  & SAY YES to GOD!!!  Because You really do want to change and   sincerely commit your life to GOD!

I assure you it will be a marvelous journey like no other. If you have grown slack in your commitment; (to GOD’s principles activated in your life) it is time to recommit! Getting serious has its price. So, I must warn you. There is a serious battle ahead of you.  When you do, it is important to know and expect, when you do this a lot of spiritual warfare will be launched against you as well as your family. It wants to discourage you and make you conform. So, know you will be placed under a microscope and any flaws even merely detected in you and your family will be magnified.  But PRAISE BE TO GOD it is still truly worth it! Simply rest in the fact, GOD always knows the TRUTH!

GOD begins to manifest the Fruit of HIS SPIRIT within you as you commit to HIS WILL. We never get to the place that we can do without GOD. Spiritual strength grows as you grow up and exercise your FAITH & TRUST in the LORD!

There is much spiritual warfare that happens even in the midst of worship

GOD created us to live a life pleasing in His sight.  It is important to “Worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth!”   Yet know it can get interesting at times.  Be ready, for a lot goes on during worship.   Some people will step over you, talk over you and yes be downright rude.   They can be quite territorial.  They often really want to impress the Pastor more than God.  Life is not a movie and Church is not a scene. Although it’s full of actors, it’s serious business. Things are not always as they appear. It is important to know we the people are GOD’S CHURCH! HEAVEN is HIS THRONE, and the earth is HIS footstool!  Be ready!  Because yes, you are in for some surprises. Don’t believe everything you hear.  Whatever you do; DO NOT hang out with the gossipers.

There are many facets to a story so make sure you have the facts before you assume something is true.   When in doubt pray and seek the Lord’s direction.   I have seen relationships go awry based on error… Some will say and do just about anything.  Be willing to take responsibility for whatever you say and or do.  There is always a possibility you will be misunderstood. So, choose words & battles wisely.  In the midst of spiritual warfare there are many fiery darts that come forth.  But praise be to GOD for HIS breastplate of righteousness.  Also know many also have selective memories.

Always know it is the “Truth that will set you Free!”

Seek to believe the TRUTH!  God holds each of us accountable for what we know.   PRAY FOR DISCERNMENT! Please bear with me. You see I have been in Church all my life. ABBA FATHER continues to grow me up in His grace, knowledge understanding and wisdom… HIS astounding ETERNAL LOVE is glorious!  If this is not where you are you have no need to be offended.

Life is precious. “GOD IS not a respecter of persons!” Each day is an opportunity to grow in the wisdom and knowledge of the Lord.  We can reap and enjoy all these marvelous spiritual benefits.  Come what may, it is your choice.  As you mature in the Lord you become increasingly aware that He is absolutely aware of your motives, actions and intents.  Therefore, you don’t indulge in the mental games.  Your responses are not hasty but intentional.  Your desire is to facilitate and encourage genuine spiritual growth to help mature the Body of Christ. You know that we have as children of God a responsibility to give our omnipresent Heavenly Father Honor!  “We are to be in the world but not of the world…”   To encourage, admonish and correct one another with the Word in a healthy manner. As well as embrace it daily and live it out in front of non-believers as well. To get to know God and develop a personal ongoing intimate relationship with Him through Christ Jesus.

For we have committed to be HIS people!

Famine of Righteousness Part 2

Ezekiel models a godly lesson to the people

Ezekiel was a wise prophet. He went so far that he actually humbly acted out with great dramatization the need to be obedient. He personally modeled a thought provoking godly message to the people. To prove his point, he himself laid bound on his side facing a clay model of Jerusalem for 390 days. He ate a simple meal of wheat, barley, beans and lentils, millet and spelt baked into bread cake weighing about 8oz, that was cooked on cows dung.

He then turned to his other side and lay there for another 40 days. This was an additional reminder to remind them of their 40 years spent wandering in the wilderness. Ezekiel went to great lengths to get their attention. He earnestly wanted them to return to the Lord. He even shared his vision of the corrupted Temple. They were experiencing a “famine of righteousness.”

There was absolutely no doubt that the “hand of the Lord” was upon Ezekiel. The Lord gave him graphic picturesque visions. The people however still simply refused to listen. Ezekiel personally experienced “The GLORY of the LORD” on many occasions. Over sixty times throughout the Book of Ezekiel he repeated “Then they will know that I am the Lord.” Ezekiel was known for his strangeness. He took grave measures to demonstrate his dedication to the Lord.

The many prophets before him had also been often ignored. Their unfavorable messages were overlooked and thought of as negative. Yet despite the odds God kept, sustained and strengthened them. The Lord said to Ezekiel; “Son of man, stand up on your feet and I will speak to you…” He said “Son of man I am sending you to the Israelites, to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against me; and they and their fathers have been in revolt against me to this very day. The people to whom I am sending you are obstinate and stubborn…”

The Lord told Ezekiel to speak HIS WORD to them whether they listened or not. Ezekiel was given a scroll to eat. As he ate it, he said “So I ate it, and it tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth.” They simply just did not want to receive the message that Ezekiel presented to them. God’s Word will yield conviction but there is a savory lasting sweetness when digested. They could not see how they had allowed the world, bureaucratic politics and its foreign customs and ways into the Temple. Ezekiel was able to experience the “Glory of the Lord” because of His obedience.

GOD is so AWESOME!

Many of the ways of the world have nested themselves in the midst the Church of God

Today it is really no different, the world and society in which we live continuously attempts to embed its principles within the people of God. To make acceptable what God has said is not acceptable and to cloak and present itself as though one is practicing unconditional love. Yes, “God is Love”  but He is also a just God. According to Nahum; “The Lord is slow to anger and great in power, He will not acquit the wicked.” Deception is all about us. Today because of it we too are experiencing a “famine of righteousness.”

God’s principles for life and living are continuously put on the back burner. Ezekiel is such a good example because he had a real concern for the abuse that was taking place within God’s Temple. Sin was rampart among the people of God. Many of the leaders had simply lost their faith and were trying many alternative ways. They wanted the accolades of the people over the favor of God. Ezekiel was shown firsthand the “wicked and detestable things that they were doing.” They had banned together and plotted wickedness. They had embraced and accepted quite worldly practices and worship that was not acceptable to God. They had allowed the world into God’s Temple. The Glory of the Lord departed from the Temple.

True Worship

Pray all throughout worship. Manipulation does not move the Lord. Worship should never be about theatrics. There are many different modes of worship. Know this, God’s Holy Spirit is never not aware of what’s going on anywhere. This is true even if there are all types of emotional outbursts. Grief, sadness and the light or heavy normal burdens of life can bring forth sadness and tears. When this happens pray and place your focus upon the Lord. A sweet gentle release can come about. ” Rejoice in the Lord! Again I say rejoice! ” For our God is omniscient and therefore always knows about everything and everyone at all times. Peace, joy, meekness and self control are fruits of the Holy Spirit.

When deliverance is needed there will be all sorts of frantic emotional outbreaks. But this is not praise it’s pain, burdens and suffering… One must be led by His Holy Spirit to know and discern when and when not to respond. It is also a time to pray, focus and intercede for chains and depressive burdens to be broken and lifted… It is during deliverance we petition and evoke the infilling presence of the Lord to intervene and cast out doubt, fear, torment, pain, demonic influences, and anything that is not of Him… This is a time for deep intense fervent intercession. This is not always apparent to onlookers. For fervent prayer is also being in a focused prayerful state of mind… Always keeping in mind God is never far from us… YES, do praise and thank our LORD GOD when deliverance comes forth. For HE is the ONE who gets the GLORY!

It takes courage to “STAND!” upon the principles of GOD!

Yes, we can freely worship and praise the Lord. However, we should always be mindful that our worship & praise is to God! Our almighty fortress God is forever worthy of “True Worship.” We need to daily ask for the infilling presence of His Holy Spirit. Yes, this world is on a “slippery slope”. Yet, we can still depend on the Lord God to keep us safe even in the midst of an unstable world. Even when we know this world is experiencing a “famine of righteousness.” Therefore, stay on, the ” Narrow Path “ that has fewer travelers. It is very important to know that despite how things appear; “God is always ultimately in control.”

Stay focused upon the Lord; don’t become distracted

Ezekiel again is a wonderful memorable example. He displays how God may require you to do some things and give up some things. Some of the customarily practiced traditional behaviors should be abandoned. Being those things that distract from who God is; rather than welcome His presence. Worship should not be out of habit or simply a learned behavior. It is a natural expression of praise, thanks and appreciation towards God. From a carnal perspective many simply cannot comprehend this. They do not see that many hinderances have been adopted… When God reveals something to you respond or do not respond accordingly. Looking through the lenses of one’s spiritual eyes you can better grasp the spiritual significance of the action.

God always leaves a remnant of His people. He always has something better for us. There is always more with the Lord. He wants us to grow in His grace, wisdom and knowledge. He does not ever want us to be stuck in mediocracy. He wants to manifest and multiply the Fruit of His Spirit within us. This is why it is so important to know firsthand the Word of God for yourself. This way you are not just towed along with whatever is going on. Sometimes we are to observe. God’s Word is rich and powerful. It contains a plethora of lessons of disobedience, betrayal, rejection, spiritual warfare, power, and love. Christ Jesus became the Word wrapped in sinless flesh. He conquered sin in the flesh for us all. True victory is always found in the Lord and abiding within His principles.

God sometime requires us to do some seemingly strange things. Sometimes we are to observe and pray. When God’s Spirit is with you, you can expect to at times to be persecution, ridiculed, misunderstood or rejected. It is in seemingly hopeless situations that God is able to do a great work through you or to you.  We are to remain disciplined and alert.  There is nothing more important in life than your relationship with the Lord.

Benefits of the believers faith

Our faith, hope and trust must always be in the Lord. Jesus Christ’s life, death, crucifixion and resurrection were for a great purpose.  It is because of Him we have been bestowed with eternal life. It is by faith we walk in obedience to our professed salvation.  Without faith it is impossible to please God.

Life as a Christian comes with a plethora of benefits. As we embrace and implement the truth of His Word we spiritually grow. Hebrews 4 tell us, “For the WORD of GOD is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow, it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.”

Each day is a precious gift from the Lord. We should always be able to find something to be thankful for.

We as believers are to live our lives in a way that is pleasing to the Lord. This should be our first priority.  In the Lord we can forever strive and thrive! Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give an account.  We are to always contend for the faith! Daily we have the opportunity to grow in His grace, wisdom, knowledge and understanding. God always has a personal interest in the lives of His children, even when there is a “famine of righteousness.”

HALLLELLLUJAH PRAISE GOD!

In HiM we live and move and have our being Part 2

Too often the preservation of our traditions, careers, jobs, recreational & religious activities and lifestyles are more important than what God wants for us. As long as we invite His presence into whatever we are doing He will keep us on the Narrow Path. God wants to be a part of every area of our lives. All of God’s Word is true! God does not need us, but  we all certainly  need Him through Eternity. This is why He has given us Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior. It is only with Him can we overcome sin.

Sin separates us from God. When we commit to HIS WORD as we grow spiritually we learn to sin less. As a result we actually begin exercising self-control. It is each individual’s choice to accept Christ Jesus into their heart as Savior and Lord. Just take a look around this world He has made and see the results of “doing your own thing.” Perilous times are now upon us. Notice all the extreme tragedies… Things have gone  much too far. But if you check out God’s Word you will find that there is “nothing new under the sun.”

God has been quite patient with us. But this never means that He condones any sin. He gave us Christ Jesus to help us from allowing the power of sin to reign within our daily lives. As believers each of us must learn to consistently better exercise self-control. It is part of the Fruit of His Spirit. Diligently seek the “Will and Way” of the Lord above all.

With the Lord there is always hope!

God has created each of us with a plan in mind. He has; “Blessed us in the Heavenly realms with every spiritual blessings in Christ Jesus for He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight…”  Ephesians 1. He disperses His blessings as He sees fit.   In the Lord we can discover everything that we will ever need for life, daily living and eternal life. The problem is we allow life to get in the way. But this does not have to be. God really does have a better way.

We cannot change anything that has happened. But we can always begin anew,  learning  invaluable life lessons that  can help us  become better people. This is true once we really begin to include God in the equation rather than as an afterthought. This does not mean that everything will always be just fine.  Actually just the opposite for the spiritual warfare has heightened. It will be ongoing to the Lord calls us home. Or either until Jesus returns… And quite often it is designed to rock your world. But guess what when you  truly build  or begin to build your foundation on the Lord Jesus Christ you then become grounded and rooted within Him; for He is “The Solid Rock.”

Things are not always as they appear.  There is much going on in the world and in and around God’s Church as well. Life takes on a deeper meaning when you realize that with Him you have Eternal life.   I always say; “I do not want the Lord to be a stranger when I see Him face to face.”  The Lord will help you make it through ALL the challenges that life presents.  He also brings about some wonderful refreshing times as well. In His time when you love Him, He will “Work all   things together for the GOOD!”

Few really like healthy confrontation. They become evasive and avoid dealing with the problem unless or until they become angry. From a counseling point of view I find it very helpful in resolving issues. It easily squashes gossip. It is healthy to seek to resolve issues readily rather than allow them to ferment. This is also how we become spiritually mature. Quite often over a period of time a lot of garbage gets on the line and the facts become distorted. Know when to clean house.

It is important to always be willing to take responsibility for what you say. Therefore say what you mean and mean what you say. This should never be done in a malicious way. Self control is the better part of valor. It is also part of the Fruit of the Spirit. The intent and motive should always be to improve and enhance the quality of a relationship. It can be quite rewarding when confrontation is handled properly.

Redemptive confrontation is good!

God has given us His Word as a life manual. He loves us so much that He allowed His only begotten Son Jesus to come to earth wrapped in a sinless body of flesh, live a victorious sinless life, suffer & die upon the cross, then raise  Him from the dead  with all power and  overcome sin for us.    Now that’s  ultimate POWER!  He took back the power from the  unseen principalities…  It is because of His great love for us that He made it possible for us to be reconciled back to our Heavenly Father.   WOW!  We no longer  have to live being a slave to sin.  Sin  is what separates us from God.  You never have to be alone;  because  everywhere we  are God is there!

God’s love makes us stronger.  His Word teaches us “Finally be strong in  The Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the devil’s schemes.  For our struggles are not against flesh and blood…”  Ephesians 6.

We can learn to “overcome evil with GOOD”  But it is your choice? It is time to really start living your life everyday to please God rather than being a slave to sin, or conforming to the ways of this world.   Instead be transformed by the renewing of your mind!  However, we must learn to love God’s way,  humble ourselves, repent whenever necessary  and call upon Him to help us rise above sin that wants to separate us from the Lord. This also why we all need Jesus Christ as Savior & Lord! God has not left us alone to fend for ourselves. Thank You Lord for Your precious Holy Spirit. So get busy and  always remember this;  Through Jesus Christ we have the Victory!

In HiM we live and move and have our being Part 1

“In Him we live and move and have our being” Beauriful Chapel

There is no way getting around God! You can  try to ignore Him. You can choose not to believe in Him. You can have a surface relationship with Him that makes you feel  comfortable?   You can have a weekend relationship with Him and simply   just attend Worship Services every Sabbath Saturday or Sunday and just go right back to living however it is you please all during the week.   But you will not experience his abiding inner peace.  Or, you can make it your goal to draw closer to Him everyday and  really invite Him into the messiness of your life. This is how we can build a strong secure solid  intimate relationship with Him.

God will and can give you His peace that surpasses the understanding of man.  It is your choice!  God does not force Himself into your life. Everywhere you are God is there.  He is The Most High God. He is Omnipresent!

“The GOD who made the world and everything in it is The LORD of Heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands.  And He is not served by human hands,  as if He needed anything, because He Himself gives all  men life and breath and everything else.  From  one man He made very nation of men, that they should inhabit  the whole earth; and He determined the times set for them and  the exact places where they should live.  God did this so  that men would seek Him and perhaps  reach out to Him and find Him though  He is not far from each one of us ‘For in HIM we live and move and have our being.’ As some  of your own poets  have said. ‘We are His offspring.”  Acts 17

Christianity is meant to be an ever growing daily life long lifestyle! It means that we are supposed to learn, embrace and implement the principles of His Word within our lives  everyday.  Remember HiM = Him in me!

“God is Love!” God is eternal and  so is His Love.  He created us so we could learn how to love, grow spiritually,  enjoy life  His way and extend His love that begins to  flow through us  naturally when we are connected to Him. His love draws others to us.  With love comes much responsibility this is why we must learn to become disciplined.  There is much deception about us due to spiritual warfare. It is important to know that you cannot fool GOD.  Not everyone understands what true love really is.

“GOD IS LOVE!” True love does not manipulate!  God’s love is patient, kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record  of wrongs.  His love does not delight in evil but rejoices in truth.  (See  Corinthians 13)

God’s love does not suffocate. Nor does it make you comfortable in sin. It protects not out of insecurity but out of concern. Sin is anything that separates you from God.  It was Moses’ Mother who loved him enough to allow him to float down the Nile River in “an ark of bulrushes” to safety. The King of Egypt had given an order for the Hebrew babies to be killed. This is one of many examples of the power of God’s protection. Moses is known as one of the greatest Biblical leaders. He spent many years encouraging the children of Israel to live lives pleasing to God.  For more details See Exodus 2. Take some time to learn more about God’s love in His Word.

Society gets confused between love and lust.  God’s Love is Eternal. There is a worldly love that mimics His love. It is selfish not sincere. This is what I call “intoxicating affections.”  It is important to be able to distinguish between the two.  One should pray for spiritual discernment.

God created us in His image for a purpose.  It is God’s desire for us to continuously build an ever increasing up close and personal growing relationship with Him through His Son Jesus Christ.  During our fellowship and personal devotion time with Him we are being transformed.  God has placed a void in all of us that only He can fill. The more we become like  Him we learn how to  better properly love.  God’s love is eternal.  God’s spiritual gifts begin to grow and multiply within our lives as we stay connected to Him who is the ultimate source of love.

Know that God is totally aware of; where each one of us are or where we are not.  He knows our strengths and weaknesses. As we grow in His Grace and the knowledge of Him our weaknesses diminish as we wholeheartedly embrace and apply the Truth of His Word within our daily  lives. He gives us the power to over come them.  He continuously shapes and mold us in His image as we embrace and apply His Word to our lives.

God has given each one of us an inborn unique  natural temperament.  He did not create us to be like anyone else. He extends His grace and love to us daily. He wants us to have better home lives, better marriages, relationships and better families.

He even wants you to have better lives if you are single. He wants all of us to have better relationships with one another as the family of God. He does not want us to conform to the ways of this word. Nor does He want us to compromise HIS principles. Many of the ways of the world have nested themselves within the midst of God’s Church. He wants us to have better  healthier worship services, work, school, play  and recreational environments as well. God did not create us to become puppets. He wants us to become whole!  Becoming whole means to be complete in Him. God wants what is best for us in every area of our lives. But all too often He is left out of the equation when deciding what we want and what really is best for us.

Part 2

We are God’s Offspring Part 2

We are God’s Offspring
Part 2

Know God and His Word for Yourself!

GOD DWELLS IN THE HEARTS OF HIS PEOPLE

God is an awesome God! He has made marvelous provisions for us. There is contentment knowing that we as believers are God’s offspring. Everyday is a precous “GIFT” from GOD!  Therefore each day is a good day to worship and praise Almighty God.  We are His Church. When you truly realize and grasp the fact that; “God that made the world and ALL things therein, seeing that HE IS LORD of Heaven and earth, dwelleth not in TEMPLES made with hands;
neither is worshiped with men’s hands as though HE needed any thing, seeing HE giveth to ALL life & breath, and in all things;

And hath made of one blood ALL NATIONS of men for to dwell on the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;

That they should SEEK the LORD, if haply they might feel after HIM and find HIM, though HE be not far from every one of us:

“FOR IN HIM WE LIVE AND MOVE AND HAVE OUR BEING; as certain also of your own poets have said; WE ARE HIS OFFSPRING”

Forasmuch then as we are the Offspring of God, We might NOT to think that the GODHEAD is like unto gold, or silver, or stone graven by art or man’s device.

And the times of this ignorance God winked at; BUT NOW COMMANDED ALL MEN EVERY WHERE TO REPENT!!! ACTS 17

God’s Holy Spirit

In the past God patiently overlooked the ignorance and foolishness of mankind. There is a plethora of examples within the Old Testament. As we come into the knowledge of God, He holds us accountable for what we know. He expects us to readily REPENT! God is Not like man. He is infinitely superior. GOD IS A SPIRIT! He blesses the living everyday with the breath of life. Christ Jesus is the Head of His Church. God has given us His Holy Spirit to lead us to all TRUTH!

“If you love Me, you will obey what I command. And ask the Father, and HE WILL give you another COUNSELOR to be with you forever ~ the SPIRIT of TRUTH. The world cannot accept HIM, because it neither sees HIM nor knows HIM. But you know HIM for HE LIVES WITH YOU and WILL BE IN YOU. I WILL NOT leave you as orphans; I WILL COME TO YOU…” John 14 (NIV)

GOD IS OMNISCIENT!

He knows whatever we do, why we do it or do not do it and when. He knows ALL our actions, thoughts & motives… No one can manipulate God! He has given us His precious Holy Spirit that helps us to sin less. Keep in mind that everything belongs to God. He has already Blessed us with every Spiritual Blessing in the Heavenly realms in Christ. He chose us to be Holy and blameless before the foundation of the world. This does not give us an excuse to sin. But should inspire us to become even more cognizant of His Omnipresence. When you do you will begin to relate to God and His Word quite differently. As His offspring He does not bless us because of who we are, He blesses us because of who HE IS!

In order to please GOD you must have FAITH in HIM! “BUT WITHOUT FAITH it IS IMPOSSIBLE to PLEASE HIM; for HE THAT COMETH TO GOD MUST BELIEVE THAT HE IS, AND THAT HE IS A REWARDER OF THEM THAT DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM!” HEBREWS 11 He bestows us with both Spiritual and Material Blessings as He sees fit. No need to covet or envy… Rather seek HIS will and trust God to disburse what you need as you walk in obedience. Faith does not mean doing nothing. You must believe and know that there truly is wonder working power in the precious BLOOD of CHRIST JESUS!

Worship the LORD in SPIRIT and in TRUTH!

As long as His Breath of Life is within Your body, you have an invitation to know Christ Jesus as your Savior and Lord! ” Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of FAITH, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our FAITH without wavering (for HE IS FAITHFUL that PROMISED) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works. Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching…” Hebrews 10

Yes we can delight in worshiping together when on one accord.  We can assemble ourselves  together with a few, many or a multitude. We can also make an altar within our hearts for His Holy Spirit dwells within us. Our hearts can be on fire for the Lord as we daily cherish and embrace His Word.  Each day is a day to honor, praise, thank and worship the LORD.   Everyday is a precious “GIFT” from the LORD!

In the LORD you can become whole!

We have personal access to God through Christ Jesus. We are His offspring and inherit the rights and privileges of Salvation… We can trust God in any and every situation. Through Christ Jesus we are made perfect. This means in Him we can become whole. We do not have to embrace the ways and traditions of man over the Word of God. We should pray before, after and during worship.

Worship is or should be a marvelous time devoted to giving the Lord the honor, praise and glory due His Name!  Yes, do worship God within the assembly. Truly the Lord is worthy. It is important to consistently spend time with the Lord in His Word.  Take some time also  each day to worship, honor, glorify, thank and praise the Lord. Still quiet moments are also a part of worship.  This helps to increase our Faith and also enhances our worship and Praise. Through Christ Jesus we have been set FREE to live everyday for God!

Faith means to believe and rest in what God has done in the past. It means to trust Him for what He will do in the future… We should make a point to yoke up with the Lord. Whenever or wherever we come together to worship God He is supposed to receive the preeminence! As His offspring; we know as the “True worshippers we must worship God in Spirit and in Truth!”

~ “HAVE FAITH IN GOD!” ~

We are God’s Offspring Part 1

We are God’s Offspring!
Part 1

Have FAITH in GOD!

The Offspring of GOD!

It is important to know that as believers we are the offspring of God. We have been adopted into the family of God. Christ Jesus fulfilled His mission on earth by coming and being our only sinless perfect example. He overcame sin in the flesh for us. This way none of us are without excuse. We can all look to His example and see a need to improve. Jesus could have said: ALL YE BE HEALED! If this would have been the case; it would have been done. But evidently this was not the plan of Our Holy Father.

We all need JESUS!

Jesus never sinned. He faithfully never separated from God. He humbled Himself to death upon the Cross and remained obedient. He became the only worthy sacrifice and died for the sins of the world. He then arose from the dead with ALL POWER! He brought us SALVATION through HIS GRACE! We ALL need Him as SAVIOR and LORD! It is by HIM we become sanctified through the offering of His sinless body. See Hebrew 10 Christ Jesus atoned for the sins of the world so we could be reconciled back to God our Creator and Maker. It is by His Grace we are saved!

Everyday is a precious Gift from God.
God does NOT need any of us. WE ALL NEED HIM!

God allows each of us everyday the choice to decide “IF” we are going to live our lives for Him. Or do we choose to embrace the ways of this world. We as believers are supposed to LIVE each DAY in EXPECTATION AS THOUGH WE ARE EXPECTING OUR LORD TO RETURN! WE are to study diligently working to learn and know His Word for ourselves. This is what it means to be a Christian. We are to daily embrace and live out His principles by implementing them within our very own personal lives. “… Work hard so you can present yourself to GOD and receive HIS approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth.” II Timothy 2 NLT.

There is always HOPE in the LORD

There is always HOPE in the Lord when we know we are His Offspring! God’s Word is what equips us to be able to share with others the reason for the HOPE that lies within us. We are to hide His Word within our hearts. ” … the FAITH and LOVE that spring from the hope stored up for you in heaven and about which you have already heard in the true message of the gospel…” Colossians 1 NIV His Word is necessary Spiritual Food for our souls. As we grow in His grace and trust Him; His Holy Spirit will bring it to our remembrance.

We all will live eternally some place whether you believe in HIM or not. God is faithful! There is inner peace with God, when you know where your final destination will be. GOD patiently allows us time here on earth to prepare to LIVE with HIM in HEAVEN through ETERNITY! It is important to know that Christ Jesus His Living Word is the ONLY Way to Heaven. there is no other way. “HE IS THE WAY THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE!”

Shocking But True! By Francis Chan

~ KNOW GOD & HIS WORD FOR YOURSELF! ~

THANK YOU LORD FOR DISCERNMENT!

Do NOT allow anyone to manipulate you into being or doing what they want you to do and say… Many take their instructions from and follow after man rather than GOD’S WORD! Sharpen your conscious with HIS WORD. The LORD has given us HIS WORD and HIS PRECIOUS HOLY SPIRIT to lead us to ALL TRUTH. Ask HIM to embed it deeply within your heart. GOD IS OMNIPOTENT and OMNISCIENT! He wants us to daily live spiritually rich lives. GOD WILL BE there for You in any and every situation. In these “Latter Days” some of everything is gong on. Continuously throughout your day stay connected to the Lord; “Pray without ceasing.” KNOW; HE IS OMNIPRESENT!

“TRUST IN THE LORD with ALL YOUR HEART AND LEAN not TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING IN ALL YOUR WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AND HE WILL MAKE YOUR PATH STRAIGHT…” PROVERBS 3

~ “THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!” ~

“Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of GOD’S mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, HOLY and pleasing to GOD, which is your spiritual service of worship. DO NOT BE CONFORMED to this world, but BE TRANSFORMED by the RENEWING OF YOUR MIND. Then YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DISCERN what is the GOOD, PLEASING, and PERFECT WILL OF GOD. For by the GRACE given me I say to EVERY ONE OF YOU: DO NOT think of yourself more highly than you ought, but think of yourself with SOBER JUDGMENT, according to the MEASURE OF FAITH THAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU…” ROMANS 1

GOD holds each of us accountable for what we know.

“NOT everyone who that saith unto ME, LORD LORD, shall enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN; but HE that DOETH the WILL of the FATHER which is in HEAVEN.
Many will say to ME in that day, LORD LORD, have we not prophesied in THY NAME, and in THY NAME have cast out devils? and in THY NAME done many wonderful works?
And then WILL I profess unto them, I NEVER knew You; DEPART from ME, Ye that WORK INIQUITY.” MATTHEW 7

~ LORD HELP US ALL! ~

THANK YOU LORD FOR YOUR HOLY SPIRIT; YOUR COMFORTER!

“REPENT!” While the LORD’S BREATH of LIFE is within your body begin to really live each day to please the LORD! There really is Grace, Joy & Peace in the Lord! ONLY GOD CAN GIVE YOU HIS PEACE THAT SURPASSES THE UNDERSTANDING OF MAN! KNOW THAT THERE IS VICOTRY IN CHRIST JESUS!

Spiritual Food For Thought & Spiritual Growth! 3

Spiritual Food For Thought & Spiritual Growth! 3

“Make every effort to live in PEACE with all men and to be HOLY; without HOLINESS, no one will see the LORD. See to it that no one misses the GRACE of GOD and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many. See to it that no one is sexually immoral or godless like Esau, who for a single meal sold his inheritance rights as an oldest son.” Hebrews 12 ~ WORD FOR TODAY ~

~ THOUGHT FOR TODAY! ~

Sin inhibits our spiritual growth. Many do not like you to talk about sin. They feel that you are judging them and or negative.  How interesting because this is exactly what the Prophets did and were called for.  They constantly called sin out for what it was. As you spiritually grow you realize that it is important to confront any sin in your life as well as the lives of others. Sin keeps us in darkness separated from GOD!

As you study the WORD of GOD you will see HIS Prophets, Priests, Apostles, Disciples nor HIS SON JESUS CHRIST were not always readily accepted. They suffered persecution, mistreatment, as well as a multiplicity of mental anguish and sometimes even physical abuse. They were often misunderstood yet pressed onward living for the Lord. They steadfastly proclaimed, and preached about the importance of living for the Lord. Their mission to share the marvelous GOSPEL of JESUS CHRIST remained their primary focus.

We who profess to be believers are to walk in the Light!

Today in this 21st century just about anything goes… The Word of God is often set aside to encourage satisfying the desires of the flesh.  Most want to feel good rather than; REPENT!  God really does have a better way. Know there are healthy ways to feel good without our conscience  being convicted. There is a tendency to subliminally enable rather than seek to set free and make whole. We should always encourage self-control. It is part of the Fruit of His Spirit. God loves us and always wants what is best for each of us. God’s Love has been so terribly misunderstood.

Holiness for many is a mere option.

Ministry was never meant to make us comfortable with the ways of the world. God has created each of us with a purpose. It is our choice to seek Him daily. Keep your focus upon the Lord. Seek HIS WILL & HIS WAY for your life each day above everything. Allow Him to daily lead you in the Path of Righteousness for His Namesake. Only GOD can give you HIS PEACE that surpasses the understanding of man/woman.

Once we truly accept Jesus Christ into our hearts as Lord and Savior, His Holy Spirit abides within us. In Him you can discover everything for Life & Living that you will ever need! As we embrace the principles of His Word into our hearts and implement them into our lives we grow spiritually. Our LORD & SAVIOR is here to HELP us. To set free and save us from the power of sin reigning within our daily lives. We live to become more aware and walk in the Light!

PRAY!!!

FATHER, May YOUR KINGDOM COME & YOUR WILL & YOUR WAY be done in my life…

We must learn to Trust God! “WALK BY FAITH!” God has promised to put HIS laws within our hearts and write them upon our minds. We can learn so much from HIS Word. PRAY for DISCERNMENT! Whatever you are in need of today God already knows. It is our choice to submit and ask Him to fill us with the presence of HIS HOLY SPIRIT which is always available to lead, guide, direct and protect us 24/7!

HIS HOLY SPIRIT HIS COMFORTER will lead us to ALL TRUTH! In GOD’S time; “ALL things work together for the GOOD for those who LOVE HIM & are the called according to HIS PURPOSE!” Romans 8. You must hide the Word of God within your heart. This helps you to learn how to live to sin less…

“For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Rom. 8:38-39).

We must or should  daily begin to embrace godly principles for life and living as believers. God has chosen us to live God centered lives. Daily take a spiritual bath in the Word of God! There is POWER in the BLOOD JESUS! “What can wash away my sin, nothing but the BLOOD of JESUS! What can make me whole again.
