Revelation, A Case Study of A Valid Prophecy Part l

JESUS IS Coming Soon! IF HE Came Today; Are You Ready?

A Valid Prophecy

The Book of Revelation is quite an interesting, intriguing narrative account of the grand finale! Bursting at the seam it encompasses a great wealth of relative, similar, prophetic symbolism that is also found in the Books of Daniel and Zechariah. It is in Revelation that John shares his many quite extraordinary, remarkable visions. John endured a lot of persecution because of his faith and belief in Jesus Christ. It is here on the rocky island of Patmos John was exiled because he would not worship the pagan image of emperor Domitian.

What is so amazing there was improvement needed in each of the churches. John writes to the churches to help them get themselves in order. When John is writing he is writing to GOD’S entire CHURCH all throughout each city. He is obedient to make known what the Lord has given him to share. He candidly and transparently writes to the Church in Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Tyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and unto Laodicea. He warns them and tells them what is to come. He tells them to take head to what he is saying.

The Apostle John was a leader of the Church in Rome. He was placed on the rocky Isle of Patmos to be put to shame. He was isolated or rather banished because of His strong belief and testimony in Christ Jesus. The irony of this is John was so very deeply rooted and inspired by GOD. Therefore he did not allow his physicality to hinder him from being a yielded vessel to the Lord. He was well aware of GOD’S OMNIPRESENCE! No doubt he learned first hand “to be in the world but not of the world” Here on Patmos the Lord gave the Apostle John phenomenal vivid picturesque 3D visions of what was to come.

Revelation is a magnificent Book of Prophecy. It was shared and disbursed to the (7) seven Churches within Asia which was a province in the ancient Roman Empire. Today we and the Church at large down through the ages have continued to benefit greatly from Revelation and its intriguing spiritual wisdom. Always keep in mind that seven is the number of completion.

The beauty of the Lord is He does sometime require that we disengage from the world. But never isolate ourselves from Him. “Draw nigh to GOD and HE will draw nigh to you!” Most writers or scribes are accustomed to spending time away in order to bring forth a message. God did not make any of us to be robots. He who in the fullness of His sovereign power allows us to choose. It is wise to spend time in the presence of the LORD! He sharpens and refines our discernment. As we grow in the grace and wisdom of the Lord we become more aware of who He is. The incredible thing about the Lord is we are never away from HIS OMNIPRESENCE.

Scores of readers shy away from reading Revelation and find some of its contents a bit disturbing. Others simply find it weird and even a bit irrational. However, when one looks closer through a spiritual lens you will discover that John truly and unselfishly intended to enlighten, inspire hope and encouragement in the midst of his own personal predicament. Revelation contains valid prophecy and a plethora of spiritual blessings.

The (7) Seven Churches

The person of Jesus Christ, His divine nature and character are transparently revealed in Revelation. Revelation comes from the Greek word apokalypsis, it means the unveiling of something that was previously unrevealed. The Apostle John saw amazing enlightening visions that he was instructed to write down while exiled to the Island of Patmos. He was directed by the Lord to send letters to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea they were within the province of Asia. Within these seven cities the Church had been established. Remember John had been exiled to Patmos for preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Revelation has been described as one of the most complicated, intimidating Books in the Bible. One might pose the question; “Well if it is so complicated then why bother at all to read Revelation?” First and foremost because it is the inspired Word of God. John gives us a profound reason to persevere through its contents. One must certainly solicit the aid and assistance of the Holy Spirit to open your spiritual ears for any lucid clarity. John himself really answers that question earlier on. He tells us that “Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take it to heart what is written in it, because the time is near…”

The Apostle John astutely reinforces the fact that Jesus Christ is Lord! Everything was spoken into existence by Him and He is the Head of GOD’S CHURCH! He lived here on earth as the Son of GOD and He is the KING of Kings and the LORD of Lords.

CHRIST JESUS: THE WORD IN SINLESS FLESH

Here in Revelation we are reminded that Jesus created all things and all things are subject to Him. This was also confirmed in Colossians 1 & John 1. This further helps one to understand why Jesus humbled Himself, and actually became the “Word in Sinless Flesh.” It was out of obedience to the will of the Father that JESUS came to earth from Heaven. He Lived a disciplined sinless life and overcame sin in the flesh. He was heinously beaten, persecuted and slandered. He was crucified upon the cross, died, then arose gloriously with all power. CHRIST JESUS BECAME THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE and died for the sins of the world! Here we learn the immense significance of His amazing position as the “Lamb of God.” He once and for all gave His life. For those who believe this is the GOSPEL the “GOOD NEWS!” Just by knowing who we are in Him helps us to live or can help us to live victoriously as John did despite his situation and what was happening in the world!

Essentially our purpose for life and living is to discover GOD as our CREATOR and MAKER. To seek Him above everything else. We as believers belong to GOD. Therefore, we must accept CHRIST JESUS into our hearts as our LORD & SAVIOR! For we who are believers have been purchased with His Blood. GOD bestows upon us the precious “GIFT” of HIS HOLY SPIRIT; HIS COMFORTER TO LEAD US to ALL TRUTH! We must always keep in mind that The CHURCH belongs to HIM. CHRIST JESUS IS THE HEAD OF HIS CHURCH & HIS CHURCH IS HIS BRIDE!

Revelation contains an affluent wealth of prophetic visions that stretches one’s imagination to think far beyond the surface. To ponder and launch out into the deep where one’s faith or lack thereof becomes apparent. John goes on to describe the events on a scroll to be sent to the seven (7) cities where the Church was established. The seven (7) Spirits are the eyes of God which are spiritual facets of God’s Holy Spirit. The seven (7) gold lampstands represent the Church. To each of them he has some very specific and interesting comments. Take some time and see where your congregation of choice is? “He who has an ear, let Him hear what the Spirit says to the Church.”

It is important today in this 21st century to be mindful that the scriptures are being fulfilled. GOD’S WORD IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! God wants us to have an intimate daily personal relationship with Him. He is the Most High God above Him is no other! It is important to know the Lord’s Word for yourself. This way you “will no longer be infants tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming…” as expressed in Ephesians 4.

Ongoing Spiritual Warfare

It is here in Revelation that we are reminded of the ongoing spiritual warfare that was and has continued to go on within and against God’s Church. Keep in mind when Revelation was written the many large, small, storefront and or mega buildings where the Church comes together for worship did not exist. We are to worship God daily. Yes we can come together to worship. With two, three, a few, many or a multitude… We the people are GOD’S CHURCH not the buildings we gather together in. When CHRIST returns we will be “CAUGHT UP TOGETHER WITH THEM in the CLOUDS to MEET THE LORD in the AIR. SO SHALL WE FOREVER BE WITH HIM ” I Thessalonians 4

GOD DOES NOT HAVE TO ASK ANYONE’S PERMISSION TO BLESS US!!!

We live within a Spiritual warzone. The war between good and evil continues to divide God’s Church. This is again why it is so very important to have an intimate personal relationship with the Lord and know His Word. Revelation does not easily open its contents for one to readily embrace and understand. One must seek and call upon the Holy Spirit to keep you attentive. To continue through the many passages that requires a deep concentration and steadfastness through the many tumultuous interludes. This is also why it is so very important to worship the LORD “in SPIRIT and in TRUTH” whenever or wherever you worship; GOD indeed, is always truly worthy of our sincere praise!

All in all Revelation major overtones reassures us that our HOPE and TRUST must be in the Lord. John clearly reminds us that GOD alone, gave His only Begotten Son to redeem us from the clutches of sin and death and insure our access to eternal life!

Seven (7) is the Number of Completion

It is through Adam & Eve that sin and death entered our existence. During one’s mesmerizing safaric enlightening journey through Revelation there are many turns and unexpected surprises. Vivid, veracious scenes depicting the seven (7) seals, seven (7) trumpets, scrolls, exotic creatures, dragons and angels, seven (7) plagues and seven (7) bowls of God’s wrath, and a wondrous plethora of rare precious gemstones and so much more… Here in Revelation there is also a wonderful vision magnificently illustrating the joy and honor for being invited to the great wedding supper.

SEVEN (7) is the number of COMPLETION! It is within the LORD we can become complete. Everything we will ever need for life, daily living & eternal life we can discover in Him. The KING of Kings and the LORD of Lords emerges and gives us a marvelous glimpse of what Heaven is like. Always keep in mind; It is through Jesus Christ’s love for us, His birth, sinless life, crucifixion, death and resurrection that we have been redeemed and given the gift of eternal life. Within the power of His Glorious Resurrection is our Eternal Hope!

What has been happening within our country and throughout this world…

Yes, our country had a dreadful economic crisis, and property values plummeted and are now slowly rising. Extreme climatic weather conditions worldwide have been occurring. A multiplicity of extreme devastating forest fires persist. And yes, we are also experiencing the collateral damage of this Pandemic Coronavirus all over the world… Millions have been globally impacted. Hundreds of thousands have lost their lives and many have despairingly suffered. Things on the earth will never be quite as they were. As long as there are human beings on earth we can expect something…

In His time the Lord will restore whatever has been unjustly taken from us. God always has something better in store. He will also strengthen and solidify your trust in Him as we embrace and apply His Word to our daily lives… With the Lord nothing is ever really lost it is often shifted to another form or location or held in abeyance momentarily. Know that God never has a recession in Heaven or earth. The earth and everything in it is His! He so graciously allows us here on earth to momentarily partake in His many blessings. Everything really does belongs to Him!

There is much spiritual warfare going on to undermine the principles of God. Look all around and see the things that have happened contrary to His Word! The Supreme Court even voted against the WORD of GOD in favor of “same sex unions.”

Yes there has been is a plethora of foreign and domestic terrorism. There is also a resurgence of racial discrimination, systemic racism, racial profiling, violation of privacy as well as escalating of the many varied and random senseless shootings…

Yes, let us be ever mindful of the earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes, fires flooding, mudslides, rain, sleet, snow, fierce winds, storms, tsunamis and various horrendous extreme climatic weather conditions. The massive destructive heinous fires as well. Many lives, homes, businesses, possessions and sanctuaries have been lost. Pray for those who are going through and for those who continue to experience the repercussions of the aftermath from all of the various storms. In times like these we need a Savior.

We must learn to keep our focus upon the Lord!

Let us not overlook the scandalous political forum that persists. It is clear that the WORD of GOD is being fulfilled for some of everything is going on. Pandora’s Box has lost its lid.

All of this serves to confirm the authenticity of God’s Word! There is yet more to come.

It is so very important to spend some time daily in the Word of God! Pray for discernment so you can better discern what time it is. God has forewarned is to live each day as though the Lord were going to return.

The Angel in REVELATION speaks candidly to the Churches

In Revelation an angel of the Lord reminds us that “These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord the God of the spirits and prophets, sent an angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.” God knows us from the inside out through and through. He knows the why, who what, and why not. You may not want to think about it but time is of the essence. Our entire lives are an open book to the Lord this is inclusive of everyone all over this entire universe!

It is important that we keep in mind that our life continues on throughout eternity. It is important that you know without doubt for sure where you will spend eternity! This is not based upon what someone says, thinks or does not say about you. It is based on His Word and knowing without a doubt that it is to Him you belong. “It is in Him we live and move have our being.”

Hear what His Spirit has to say “BLESSED are those who wash their robes, that they may go through the gates of the city. Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehoods…”

Although Revelation may be difficult to comprehend at times, I want to encourage you to read on prayerfully. Remember the Word of God is like no other. It is “quick (alive) and powerful, sharper than a two-edged sword…”Since it is so full of vibrant life, each time you take time to read it and glean it’s wisdom your spiritual ears and eyes are opened just that much more! You can learn something new each time. And yes most definitely, Revelation always keep in mind is a valid prophecy

If you have truly accepted Jesus Christ into your heart you have been granted the “GIFT” of Eternal Life in Heaven. God is your Father & Creator! But, have you really given some serious thought to what eternity will be like? Are you really living today to prepare to live with the Lord for eternity? Imagine The Word tells us that there will be no more, death, pain or sorrow!“GOD will wipe every tear from their eyes; AND THERE WILL BE NO MORE death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there b an more pain. for the former things are passed away!” Revelation 21 For there will be ongoing praising & rejoicing...

It is important to realize when you truly are living for the Lord whatever you are going through its not over for you. It’s just temporary. REPENT! Have FAITH in GOD! In the end “WE WIN” GOD always has the last WORD! “These are the words of HIM who is HOLY and TRUE, who holds the KEY of DAVID, What HE opens NO ONE can shut, and what HE shuts NO ONE can open!”

GENESIS to REVELATION

The Bible starts with a marvelous story of Creation. Genesis records the Beginning. Revelation records the End. It concludes with the creation of a new heaven and earth in Revelation. Those who overcome through Jesus Christ will “stand firm in the end.” (evil will not be able to mimic itself as good and continue to deceive many…) We don’t know the day nor the hour but JESUS is coming soon!!! We can draw nigh to GOD everyday. For HE will draw nigh to you. We can also rest assured that CHRIST JESUS is coming back for those who have not already transitioned and gone on to Heaven! Yes; know there will be some who do not believe who will be “left behind.” YOU have a choice! Life is but a vapor. Your day of transitioning to the Lord can come any day… So, start preparing and living NOW EVERYDAY as though you really are expecting CHRIST JESUS to return TODAY!

The Promises of GOD will be fulfilled! HIS WORD will not return void.

In this world where disobedience, mistreatment, persecution, immorality, evil, lying, SPIRITUAL WARFARE and deception continue to rise and escalate… CHRIST JESUS OUR SAVIOR tells us to endure by FAITHTRUST HIM! In spite of how things appear. He really does ultimately have ALL things and everyone under His control! His message of Love, Repentance, Faith and Salvation are extended to ALL!

“THANK YOU HALLLELLLUJAH!”

HE IS The GOOD SHEPHERD! HE IS The “BRIGHT and MORNING STAR!” HE IS The GREAT; “I AM” and above HIM is no other! HE IS The ALPHA and The OMEGA THE BEGINNING AND THE END! THE FIRST & THE LAST! HE IS GOD ALMIGHTY! We CAN ALWAYS have HOPE and TRUST in THE LORD & HIS WORD! Therefore, LIVE EVERYDAY; “TO GOD BE THE GLORY!” & FOREVER BLESS HIS HOLY NAME!!!

Revelation, A Case Study of A Valid Prophecy: Part II : Alpha 7 Ministries

GOD is Speaking in these “PERILOUS DAYS” by HIS SON

God is Love yet He is also a God of wrath!

It is important to know that God is patient and that “GOD IS LOVE!”   But it is just as important to know that God is also a God of wrath.  He has given us His Word by which we can better understand who He is.   His Word teaches us who we are in Him or who we can become. God’s Word is our necessary essential spiritual food for our mind, body and souls.

There is much going on in the world. today. God’s Word is being fulfilled right in front of our eyes. In His Word we can discover a wealth of spiritual wisdom. It is through His ever lasting wisdom we are able to be disciplined and develop healthy boundaries. It is important to stand upon the Word of God. For this world is on a ” Slippery Slope. ” As believers we must spend time daily in God’s Word. For by His Word we are also able to better grow in His grace, peace, love and understanding. But we must embrace and implement His principles.

Know your Potential in God Your Heavenly Father

Each day we should strive for the perfection that is attainable in God. For in the Lord we can be complete. As believers He bestowed upon us His precious Holy Spirit to lead us to all TRUTH! You can be or become secure in God. Everything we need we can discover in Him. He is never far from us. His Word speaks volumes about becoming perfect in Him which is quite often overlooked or misconstrued. God says;

“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in Heaven is perfect.” Matthew 5

God’s Word is a message to His Church and to the world.

… ALL SCRIPTURE IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD, AND IS PROFITABLE FOR DOCTRINE, FOR REPROOF, FOR CORRECTION, FOR INSTRUCTION IN RIGHTEOUSNESS, THAT THE MAN/W0MAN OF GOD MAY BE PERFECT, THOROUGHLY FURNISHED UNTO ALL GOOD WORKS.’’ II TIMOTHY 3

There are countless examples within the Word to help us to grow and mature spiritually.  In Jonah, Nahum and Jeremiah we are given several wonderful examples. Here we can see how the people lived when good kings ruled and when bad kings ruled.  What happened when they obeyed GOD and when they disobeyed as well as the consequences.

God spoke to His people for many years through His many prophets, prophetess, elders and priests all throughout the Old Testament. They repeatedly tried to warn the people of what was to come.

Many of the messages were not usually readily received. Today they would also be considered to be very negative. God’s Messages even when they were not what the people wanted to hear were always out of His Love and concern for their well-being. Make sure whatever you are doing that it is in the Will of GOD.

The Prophet Jonah’s second Commission

Nineveh was the prospering, luxurious capital city of the Assyrian Empire. The people of Nineveh had turned their back on God. Jonah was sent by God to warn Nineveh of what was to come. The first time Jonah disobeyed God and instead he fled to Tarshish. Well, during a fierce storm he was thrown overboard off the ship. Jonah knew that the storm was because of him. He actually told the mariners to throw him overboard. “And he said to them, Take me up, and cast me forth into the sea, so shall the sea be calm unto you: for I know for my sake this great temptest is upon you…” Jonah 1

The mariners tried to keep steering the ship anyway but the storm was too fierce. They even cried out to the Lord and pleaded with Him to no avail… So the mariners had to eventually toss Jonah overboard. Well, when they did the sea stopped raging. Jonah was then swallowed up by a humongous big fish. This big fish had actually been prepared beforehand by God himself to transport Jonah. He vehemently prayed to the LORD while inside the fish. After three days and three nights inside the belly of this fish, it amazingly spat Jonah out miraculously upon the dry land… This time Jonah obeyed and went on to preach in Nineveh as God had told him to do.

This is what the LORD told Jonah to do;

“Arise go unto Nineveh , and preach unto it the preaching I have bid thee. So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the WORD of the LORD. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days journey.

And Jonah began to enter into the city a days journey, as he cried, and said. Yet forty days and Nineveh will be destroyed. ” Jonah 3

Nineveh had been warned by a reluctant Jonah of their forthcoming destruction. Jonah boldly preached to them in regard to their wickedness and the need to REPENT! Well, they finally repented! The people of Nineveh were spared.

However, once again years later, Nineveh again returned to their sins and wickedness. ( Learn more about him in the Book of Jonah)

You do not have to seek the approval of others when you have the approval of GOD!

So yes, we at times must let some people go. Not to simply abandon them but give them to the Lord. God can do so much more with them than we can. But know experience is not always the best teacher. You can learn what not to do by simply observing others. Some things can be avoided… Yes, there are always consequences for our choices. So choose wisely as you become wiser. Not everyone wants help or godly counsel. They often want you to serve them and their purpose.

However, we must continue on doing what the LORD “CALLS” us to do. Knowing when you truly LOVE GOD that in His time “He works all things together for our good.” Therefore always look to GOD first and not man/ woman. DAILY “Seek ye first HIS Kingdom and HIS Righteousness…”

GOD ALWAYS TAKES CARE OF HIS OWN!

The Prophet Nahum spoke doom again upon Nineveh

We know very little about “Nahum the Elkoshite.” But, we do know that he obeyed God and once again spoke judgment upon Nineveh. They had returned to doing what they had done before. They had resumed their normal sinful ways. And this time they did not repent. The great city of Nineveh was eventually destroyed.”...Behold, I am against thee, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the smoke, and the sword shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey from the earth, and the voice of thy messengers I will hear no more.” Nahum 2

Be led by the Spirit of God

It is important to make sure that you are not just going along with the masses. You want to make sure that you are being led by the SPIRIT of GOD and staying on the ” Narrow Path! ” Take time to ” BE STILL & KNOW. “

” GOD is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on His adversaries, and He reserveth wrath for His enemies.

The LORD is slow to anger and great in power, and will not acquit the wicked; the LORD hath HIS way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of HIS feet…” Nahum 1 ( Learn more about him in the Book of Nahum)

Be careful and mindul that you are not being molded into the present system of thinking and values of this world. Something to think about? Are you looking for approval? Are you standing up for the Word of God? Not in an argumentative way. Because the Word has its own built in defense. Do you really live thinking that Christ Jesus is going to return today?

Being a Christian is not a popularity contest. You will be overlooked, rejected, slandered, mistreated and misunderstood. Just like Jesus. However you will also be faithfully LOVED BY GOD and some others as well…

Are you really being led by the SPIRIT of GOD or by the masses? Well then, if GOD IS leading you, carry on because it is GOD who you are accountable to…

” And BE NOT conformed to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and PERFECT WILL of GOD.” Romans 12

The Prophet Jeremiah

Jeremiah is known as one of the Lord’s greatest prophets.  His father Hilkiah was a priest. He was called by God even before the Lord formed him within his mother’s womb. The Lord had him to boldly speak to the people.   Jeremiah fluently and voraciously spoke to the kings as well as the people of God. His inexhaustible messages were about the Messiah to come and the covenant with God and His people. Jeremiah spoke to the pastors and told them of their responsibility to feed God’s sheep His Word. He also spoke to the false prophets about their false dreams and wickedness.

Jeremiah experienced much anxiety and turmoil during the (40) forty years he prophesied about God’s judgment to Israel and the world.  Jeremiah was well known as the Prophet of Doom. He also preached consolation, repentance and the hope of a better life in the Lord. The Lord also told Judah and Israel to REPENT! But they did not. He candidly spoke to them. “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding…” Jeremiah 3 Well this never happened.

My Tabernacle is spoiled, and all my cords are broken; my children are gone forth of me, and they are not; there is none to stretch forth my tent anymore, and to set up my curtains.

For the pastors are become bruthish, and have not sought the LORD: therefore they shall not prosper, and all their flocks shall be scattered… Jeremiah 10

Well, they did not repent. Jeremiah continuously prophesied to them. The Shepherds caused the people to go astray and the people became lost to the ways of God. The land was filled with sin against God. Yet, God did not forsake them. But there were consequences. Israel was eventually taken into Babylonian captivity. King Nebuchadnezzar burned down the House of the Lord as well as the King’s palace down. (Learn more about him in the Book of Jeremiah.)

The people often resented Jeremiah for speaking forth TRUTH. The truth was not readily welcomed then nor is it readily welcomed now in this 21st century. This is why so many calamaties are now happening all over the world.

JEREMIAH’S CALL & COMMISSION

Jeremiah was sent to root out, to pull down, to destroy, build and to plant.  This is why he was known as; ” The Prophet of Doom! “

” …SEE, I HAVE THIS DAY SET THEE OVER THE NATIONS AND OVER THE KINGDOMS TO ROOT OUT, AND TO PULL DOWN, AND TO DESTROY, AND TO THROW DOWN AND TO BUILD AND TO PLANT…” JEREMIAH 1

GOD is always speaking we must get better at listening. There is a reason for this Coronavirus pandemic & pestilence it has impacted the entire world in a multiplicity of ways… In Jerusalem for the very first time since it was built they closed the synagogue for worship due to the Coronavirus… It is important to PRAY and spend time daily with the Lord in His Word. Seek His Will & Way above all others. For in the LORD there is always HOPE! Yes indeed; GOD is speaking in these ” PERILOUS DAYS ” by HIS SON!

CHRIST JESUS APPEARS TO HIS DISCIPLES

Then opened HE their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures.

And said unto them, “Thus it is written, and thus it behooved CHRIST to suffer, and to rise from the dead on the third day: AND THAT THE REPENTANCE AND REMISSION OF SINS SHOULD BE PREACHED IN HIS NAME AMONG ALL NATIONS, BEGINNING AT JERUSALEM.

AND YE ARE WITNESSES OF THESE THINGS. ” Luke 24

REPENT!

Please during these “Perilous Days” learn: “TO BE STILL & KNOW!”

The Spiritually Profound Wisdom of an Ant

“ Go  to the ant thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise” Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.

How long will thou sleep O sluggard? When will thou arise out of thy sleep? Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep.

So shall thy poverty come upon as one traveled, and thy want as an armed man.”  Proverbs 6 KJV

If you really want to truly be “BLESSED” spend some time with the Lord in His Word. Know that His blessings go far beyond material things. Your desire should be that He manifests & multiply the Fruit of His Spirit within you daily. Therefore it is always wise to: “Seek ye first His Kingdom & His Righteousness…” Above everything & everyone.

Make God a Top Priority in your daily life!

Blessed is the man/ woman that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his/her delight is in the law of the Lord; and in HIS law does he/ she meditate in day or night. “ Psalm 1 KJV

Ponder upon the illustration of the ant. Embrace the spiritual wisdom the Lord candidly provides. Know this; The Lord can do much with very little. He has given us and inner Guide which is His Holy Spirit, His Comforter to lead and guide us to all TRUTH! It is up to each of us individually to cultivate and build a daily ever increasing strong relationship with the Lord through His Word.

You can learn much from the ant. Be wise!

The ant is a spectacular intriguing insect. They are intelligent kingdom builders. Ants are prolific travelers and are found everywhere on the earth except in Antarctica and a few islands.  There are actually over 12,000 ant species according to National Geographic.   There are  at least (10) ten quadrillions of ants throughout the world.  Although they are very small they are super strong. They build mighty underground hidden complex fortresses.

A few facts about ants.

  1. The ant has no overseer, guide or ruler.
  2. Ants can carry over 50 times their weight.
  3. Ants work together responsively to achieve a predetermined goal.
  4. The colony of ants consists of female workers who form what is called a formicary.
  5. The male ants have wings and they fly. Their function is to mate with the Queen ant.
  6. The queen ant can live up to 30 years.
  7. Ants feel by feet vibrations and send chemical messages to other ants through pheremones.

The Word of God gives us a prodigious example of how a sluggard can learn much from the ant.  A sluggard is a habitually lazy unproductive person.  He or she is encouraged to sleep less and take time to  go observe the ant to learn a vitally important life lesson.

The ant is an autonomous self-starter and proceeds to do whatever is necessary to accomplish their intended goal.  The ant has no overseer, guide or ruler. What is so interesting is the ant does whatever they need to do without a leader. They prepare ahead of time for whatever provisions they may need later on.  They constructively work together when or if needed to perform a task. As a colony they work effusively as a collective whole.

A sluggard by contrast sleeps and does not make preparations. They in fact major in being idle, wasteful, and accomplishing very little.   Therefore, due to their instability they can easily become impoverished and in constant flux or want.

Thrive and strive to pace yourself and always seek a balance. Commit to being productive and living to please the Lord. As the Designer’s Original know He has a purpose and plan for your life. But it is your choice to pursue it.

Life is precious. Yesterday has passed and tomorrow is not promised. So keep pressing onward and upward seeking the will and way of the Lord.

The ant is actually known as the fastest mover in the animal kingdom. No wonder why the Word of God says; “ Consider her ways! “

Living In An Upside Down World Part 2

Whenever any scene or situation presents itself on our life’s canvas we must seek God’s direction to properly apply and paint the intended strokes. Having the proper attitude about God is necessary to deal with any present injustices. Persecution and misunderstanding will attempt to take a dominant position to etch insecurity and doubt onto the forefront of your life canvas.  Yielding subdued hues and shades of gray to subliminally overshadow the main theme. But as you always keep in mind that God knows you.  His Light will shine forth brightly  in the midst, even when darkness tries to impose itself upon you.

Yield not to temptation

We cannot predict the future precisely. However, we can always look to God for direction.  At any given moment He can reveal to us whatever we need to know and  do to accomplish His will within our lives.  However, we must learn to  keep focused,  humble ourselves, pray, trust  and put our faith in God. He is  our Creator and Maker who knows us and will watch over and protect us living in and upside down world.

God allows both good and bad times for all of us. “He is not a respecter of persons.” But he always has our best interest at heart.   We must learn to consistently lean and put our faith and trust in Him. We are to “Walk by Faith!”  In order to not be pulled into whatever is suddenly hurled into your direction even though intended to snarl, derail, discredit our credibility or entrap us, our focus must always be upon HIM! He will direct us through, over it or around it. Better yet, He will remove it when necessary or even demolish it.  We must learn how not to allow insults, injustices or any storm or seasonal moment in time define the totality of our existence.

Spending time with God in His Word is important

When you spend time in His presence you can abide under the shadow of The Almighty because you know that He knows and this is what ultimately truly matters. Ecclesiastes tells us that, “There is something else meaningless that occurs on earth; righteous men who get what the wicked deserve, and wicked men who get what the righteous deserve.” The point that I am trying to make is that life has a much deeper meaning than what man sees. Many seek first as a top priority to be affirmed and followed and being recognized in the eyes of man. Momentarily this may satisfy an inner longing, life on this side of heaven is short, there really is a much deeper meaning to life.

If all the wisdom, prestige or power that the world has to offer were available it would be but a minute particle in regards to the infinite wisdom and power of the Lord. Perhaps this is why Jesus Christ made Himself of no reputation? Yes we are in the world but; ” it is Him we live and move and have our being.” Acts 18.  Although often unrecognized or whenever accepted by the masses Christ Jesus did not deter from His life purpose. He remained faithful and committed to the will of His Father in and often, cruel, harsh upside down world.

“Walk in the Light!”

God sees and knows it all. It is not merely how things appear or seem. We all will have to stand before an all knowing all wise omniscient God who knows where our hearts and minds are as well as our intentions. Man can do no more than God allows… Know the Lord and His Word so you are not towed along with the “false teaching” of anyone. Ephesians says “have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret. But everything is exposed to the Light becomes visible, for the Light makes everything visible…”

God tells us to live as children of the Light. When you are truly walking in the Light you know without doubt that whatever darkness tries to overshadow your life’s canvas, that your Creator, your maker, our Heavenly Father is absolutely aware. In all things trust God for in His time He will always make a way for us when we are committed to His will. You can surely trust Him to keep you right side up, living in and upside down world.

Notice how most animals walk on all fours. God Created us as His children to walk uprightly. Our hands should be readily available to reach up and Praise Him! It is important to always be aware of what is going on about us. To be cognizant of our environment wherever we are.  We do not want to live in denial, neither is it healthy.  We are forever growing as long as God has us on this side of Heaven. Keep in mind, Jesus did not come to depress nor oppress us,  but to correct and enlighten us to a better way of life.  Life without God is futile and meaningless.

Spiritual food

God’s Word is our life manual and the most incredible  essential intrinsic tool to help us successfully navigate through life. It is our marvelous spiritual food. It is also our spiritual sword and it cuts both ways when used properly. It cuts, carves, enhances, molds and shapes  us  like nothing else. We can find hope in the midst of sorrow, joy in the midst of sadness, comfort in the midst of pain, encouragement in the midst of persecution and peace within our awesome God. This remains true within the midst of this upside down world!

Healing Begins In Your Heart and In Your Home Part 3

~ Healing Begins in Your Heart and In Your Home! ~

Part 3

PRACTICE MAKES PERMANENT!

REALLY SPEND SOME TIME WITH THE LORD IN HIS WORD!

EMBRACE THE TRUTH OF GOD’S WORD! PRAY WITHOUT CEASING & DRAW CLOSER TO THE LORD EVERYDAY. LEARN TO STAND UPON HIS WORD!

You are NOW an ADULT; therefore you must learn to nurture & grow up the child within YOU! If you are not or were not happy you can become happier… RELEASE WHAT HAS BEEN TO MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT CAN BE… The child within you will and should always be a part of you. In actuality it is the part of you that allows you to have fun. The responsible adult in you is the part of you that seeks a balance. The part of you that  becomes disciplined as you embrace God’s Word. It is important to create a safe healthy home environment.

Creating a safe home environment

Seek to DISCIPLINE & CORRECT PROPERLY with PATIENCE rather than punish, reinforce and instill anger within others. The LORD created us to ENJOY life and desires to be the Center of ALL our lives. Marriage, family and home is the first foundational institution the Lord created. There has been much spiritual warfare attempting to destroy it since its inception. God wants each of us to have a rich full life spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. God wants us to have a healthy balance in all areas of our lives. God created us as spiritual beings.

God can give you  sound mind!

Life can become stressful at times. A small amount of stress is healthy.  Stress alerts you to become mindful of how you are responding to life in general. But you do not have to live every day stressed out.  Allow the inner child in you to responsively have fun. There are many ways to have good wholesome fun. It could be as simple as taking a walk, reading a book, playing chess, a video game, listening to music, taking a relaxing bubble bath, swimming, playing tennis or a sport of choice, watching something funny or interesting on television, or simply taking a relaxing scenic drive. It could be something as difficult as climbing a mountain, parasailing, skiing, painting or taking some laps around a racetrack. This is also a good way to develop coping skills. Just make sure that whatever you do remain safe and focused, stay centered and yes keep Jesus with you.

Learn to work together

It is important to work together to create a healthy home environment that works for You as well as your family.  The healthier you are the better this is for everyone.  So do take care of yourself. For example; I actually enjoy traveling, reading, preaching & proclaiming, God’s Word, working, writing, painting, and networking. We all are quite different. Yet, personally I have always in general been more of a professional productive homebody.  I thank God for technology for you can also virtually go all over the world and still remain in your own safe environment.  This I learned more so during COVID.  We were all somewhat restricted and traveling was not wise or recommended.

This world is ever changing.  There is always something going on somewhere. Always remain alert and aware!   Praise God for His marvelous omnipresence.  But you must discipline yourself.   For whenever you are out and about in this world be very conscious of what is happening around you wherever you are. Learn how to “pray without ceasing.”  Today, people will do and say some of everything. Nothing is sacred to some. I believe in having a “You play, You put away” environment! I like everything in order and being organized yet being comfortable. Structure and having liberal safe healthy boundaries is what makes others feel safe. They also know what to expect and don’t really have to worry about chaos dominating the environment.  Although you do still plan for unexpected interruptions.

God has given us much freedom!

There is nothing I enjoy more than a God Centered, Spirit-filled Worship Service.  Not simply out of habit, but because worship is important. It takes on different forms.  It is my belief, what we are about or should be about as  Believers/Christians is keeping God as a priority.  Not in a legalistic or fanatical way.  But from the perspective God wants to be a part of every area of our lives.  I can stay in a great worship service all day… I am thankful today you can work, worship, run a company or business and do just about anything from home or a cell phone due to technological advancements…  There are of course exceptions. (So very thankful that the Lord has allowed me to be “In the world but not of the world!”) I am content alone, with a few, many or in a crowd or multitude. We together personally enjoy an active, multi functioning, neat, orderly, yet peaceful domicile. Each of us have different varying temperaments? We enjoy different things and doing a lot of things together. We both can actually preach together.  We enjoy one another’s company and choose not to major in the minors. We have a harmonic symbiotic union.

You can create a healthy home environment

What do you enjoy doing?

Your home is where you can have whatever environment you choose.  Whatever it is remember that it is important to find a balance in life. Your home should be the one place that you can be comfortable and free… Mutual respect should be a part of the atmosphere. You have a choice everyday what type of home environment you want to create. If you are not happy do something about it.   Change is not always easy for some.   It is best when you start internally. Do not continue to blame your unhappiness on others.   It is important you or all of you together seek to make your home a place of comfort that welcomes healing and the presence of GOD…

Life is precious and I truly believe that everyday is a “PRECIOUS GIFT” from the LORD! He is the Creator and Sustainer of life. Live each day as though you are expecting the Christ Jesus to return. If you have not already it is never too late to start.   You do not have to spend every day unhappy. Daily invite the presence of the Lord in and around you to allow the Lord His place within your life. “For it is in HIM we LIVE & MOVE and have our being.” Healing is always possible with the Lord!

LIVE BEFORE AN AUDIENCE OF ONE!!!

Know that everyone does not want to live in peace. They will do whatever they can to  annoy you and/or disrupt your peace.  They will also try to undermine who you are in the Lord.  This is because they have grown so accustomed to dissension and strife.   Don’t let  them.   I consciously choose to not hang out will gossipers…   Nor prescribe to “group think.”   What I say about you I will say to you.  I am not afraid of any man or woman. Nor do I encourage physical fighting.  As a matter of fact I have never really even had a physical fight with anyone.  I think it is foolish to expend all that energy fighting and the problem is still there and unresolved… Go figure?  However, I do reverently fear God.    “Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might…” Stay adorned in His spiritual Armor…  Know GOD and HIS WORD for yourself!!!

Always allow the adult in you to keep you responsible and disciplined. Don’t let others control you by remote. There are many that seek to manipulate you into doing what they want you to do.  Self-Control is part of the Fruit of the Spirit. Sometimes it is better to just say nothing when you are amidst those who misunderstand you. Exercising Self-Control yields much inner peace. Always remember that God is Omniscient. You do not have to compromise who you are in Him in order to enjoy yourself and have fun. Nor do you have to become anyone’s puppet. Well unless that is of course for the Lord!

GOD did not SAVE US to be unhappy all the time.  Yes, life can get rough some time. Not everyone has good coping skills.  But they can be acquired when desired.  And yes, I realize that there are many with serious depression.   There are all kinds of help available for depression as well. Be diligent seeking what works for you.    I understand that there are some temperaments that are very impulsive.  They even argue with their hands.  They will go off like a time bomb.  They are also ready to throw, punch, slap or hit anything or anyone when they are angry or should I say “mad?”  Beware!  When you know this is the case keep your distance from them. The bible even tells us do not argue or fight with a fool.  But you still can learn to discipline yourself…  Do not go into denial.  Be aware & alert!!!

It is important to readily admit however you are feeling and then take the necessary action to responsibly take actions whenever necessary.  A lot of time just taking a few moments to be still and let the time past is sufficient.   It is a choice to make inner “Peace” your desired goal. You can always find contentment and peace in the Lord!  It is written; “He will keep you in perfect Peace if your mind is stayed on HIM.” Scripture works. It is not to just quote, but to actually embrace an implement within our daily lives.  This is why it is so very important to know GOD & HIS WORD for yourself.

PRAISE GOD & THANK YOU LORD!

Learn to appreciate who you are becoming in God.  We are forever growing. Learn to also “Guard Your heart!” Not everyone is going to appreciate or like you. Seek the Will & the Way of the Lord above all else. Keeping healthy boundaries are important. Remember God is Omnipresent we can call upon Him 24/7. He has given us HIS precious Holy Spirit, His Comforter to help us in any and all situations. Comfort you He will! Thank God for our Lord & Savior Christ Jesus!  He saves us or can save us from allowing sin to rule within our lives.

It is written;

“In your PATIENCE possess ye your soul!”  Luke 21

PRAY for DISCERNMENT! For we live in a time when GOOD is called evil and evil is called good! There is much that has nested itself within the midst of GOD’S CHURCH that is not of HIM in these latter days. There has always been something from the beginning.  Notice how in Revelation John was writing to the Church. There was something more or less going on in each place of worship that needed to be improved.  I have learned people will even try to fight you in worship.  By the way, Do not argue for a seat that they feel is theirs’s?  Think about it?  It is really kind of revealing where they are spiritually…   Don’t go there.  It is good to regularly take an evaluation of yourself, wherever you worship or wherever the Lord has assigned you.  Be prayerful and mindful at all times what is going on around you.  It is very important to stay in the WORD!  Again, God’s Word is our necessary essential Spiritual Food for our mind, body as well as our souls!

KNOW this; Through CHRIST JESUS THERE IS VICTORY! “Grace & peace is multiplied by the knowledge of God.” I Peter 1  But you must learn to embrace the TRUTH of HS WORD in order to grow in GOD’S GRACE.

GOD is more than able. GOD wants us to become complete in Him! You cannot change what has been. But you can start anew from where you are. Begin to Allow the “JOY of the LORD to be your STRENGTH!”   Take regular Spiritual Baths in HIS WORD. As You embrace its TRUTH you will discover that it is “Alive and Powerful!” Finding a balance is key… GOD can heal any heart and any home. Remember He is our Creator and Maker. Daily invite HIS presence in and around you. This is also what builds HIS CHURCH. Christianity is supposed to be a daily lifestyle. Not just a midweek or weekend activity. “

“We are HIS people and the sheep of HIS pasture… ” That is those of us who have truly accepted Christ Jesus into our hearts as our Savior & Lord.   It means we have committed to be governed by His Word.  Not in a legalistic way.  But allowing it to be the barometer by which we determine what is right and wrong.  Keep in mind that the building is not God’s Church; it is a place of worship where we come to gather together.  Where we congregate together with others to worship, praise & give thanks to Almighty God!  Where we encourage nonbelievers to come into the fellowship of believers…   Know that as a Believer your Body is the Temple of the Living God. It is within us as Believers His Holy Spirit resides. Ask the Lord to fill you as frequently as necessary.

This is what He teaches us in His Word:

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own…” I Corinthians 6

GOD CAN MAKE YOU WHOLE!

THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT!

As Believers know GOD has NO Grandchildren. So, it is never too late to learn. We can daily grow in HIS GRACE, WISDOM & KNOWLEDGE! “GOD IS LOVE!” a part of love is correction.  Correction feels negative to some since it makes them uncomfortable.  When many talk about God’s Love they think about what makes them feel good yet exercise very little patience. They don’t want to suffer yet longsuffering is a part of His Love as well. WE must learn to firmly STAND upon GOD’S WORD don’t be swayed by every “wind of doctrine.”  There are some who teach what they have been taught over what the Word of God says. Spend time with the Lord in HIs Word.  His is why it is important to know HIs Word for yourself.  Allow Him to refresh and renew Your Spirit! We are but shaped formed dust. He is the Magnificent Potter! He can mend your broken heart. He can shape and mold you into a “Designer’s Original!” Yes, correction is also a part of Love. Trust is also a very important part of Love. When you allow GOD His place within your lives it brings about harmony! In a Covenant Marriage when on one accord GOD continually knits your hearts together in a beautiful way as ONE in HIS LOVE!

We can always & forever Trust GOD to be GOD! As long as HE has us on this side of HEAVEN it is to daily grow in HIS LOVE, GRACE, WISDOM & KNOWLEDGE!

Live before an audience of One! We serve an Omnipresent God and He is everywhere we are. Being close to the Lord gives you true Security & Significance. You realize that there is nothing more important in life than to live your life to please Him. There is no greater security blanket than to be Covered by the LORD!

Spiritual Food For Thought & Spiritual Growth! 2

SPIRITUAL FOOD FOR THOUGHT! & SPIRITUAL GROWTH! 2

“Your attitude should be the same as that of CHRIST JESUS:
Who, being in very nature GOD, did not consider equality with GOD something to be grasped, but made HIMSELF nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, HE humbled HIMSELF and became obedient to death ~ even death on the cross! Therefore GOD exalted HIM to the highest place and gave HIM The NAME that is above every name, that at The NAME of JESUS every knee should bow, in Heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that JESUS CHRIST is LORD, to The GLORY of GOD The FATHER!”
Philippians 2 ~ WORD FOR TODAY ~

~ THOUGHT FOR TODAY ~

JESUS CHRIST is our ONLY PERFECT example. He was both miraculously divine and yet still a sinless human man. He never did, said, or thought anything wrong. How amazing! He died upon the cross & rose with ALL POWER to SAVE us from eternal damnation… He overcame sin in the flesh for mankind. For this we should be eternally grateful. He was RIGHTEOUSNESS personified in the purest highest form ever. It is because of HIM we too are able to overcome sin in the flesh as we submit to HIS WILL & HIS WAY. He truly is THE GLORY of GOD!

Many serve the Lord to be served. Many serve to have power and authority over others. A dedicated committed servant of the Lord is willing to serve the Lord with gladness. They realize that absolutely nothing is hidden to Him. They also know that the Church belongs to God.  He or she seeks above all to be pleasing to the Lord. We all are accountable to the Lord for our actions. It is so very important to build a strong sure foundation upon the Word of God! Whenever we stand upon His Word He stands with us.

Serving the Lord does not mean that we are to make others or ourselves feel comfortable in sin. Sin actually separates us from God. We are supposed to “Walk in the Light.” We can choose to call upon our Lord and Savior to Help us anytime, anywhere 24/7. HIS WORD is necessary Essential Spiritual Food for our  body, mind and soul. His Word is alive and it quickens our souls. It is important to hide His Word within our hearts.  This is what keeps us from  practicing sin. As we embrace and implement its Truth in our daily lives we becomes spiritually stronger. God wants us to be whole!

“Therefore whoever HEARS these sayings of MINE, and DOES them, I WILL liken to him to a wise man who built his house on The ROCK; and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it DID NOT fall, for it was founded on THE ROCK!” MATTHEW 6

We should make a sincere attempt to live in anticipation each day as though our Lord were going to return. Our main focus in life should always be the Lord. This actually is what helps us to better navigate through the maze of life. God is Omniscient. His Word lights our path. Make it a point to regularly and consistently spend time with the Lord in His Word. This is how we continuously grow in His grace, love, wisdom and understanding. We should daily seek the direction of the Lord in all areas of our lives.

We should not want our Lord to be a stranger whenever we see Him face to face. Therefore Live Everyday; “To GOD Be the GLORY!”

Serve the Lord because HE deserves to be served. “For he that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord’s freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free, is Christ’s servant.” I Corinthians 7

Upon the profession of our FAITH HIS HOLY SPIRIT becomes alive within us and HELPS us to rise above sin. God has created each of us with a purpose in mind. It is our choice to discover His Will for our lives. We All need Him as Savior and Lord. It is a BLESSING & a PRIVILEGE to be able to call upon HIM as our Personal Savior. “For ALL of us have sinned and fallen short of The GLORY of GOD!” Romans 3.

Let’s not continue to make excuses for any sin or shortcomings. Instead learn to call upon JESUS! Whenever sin beckons, allow the Savior to help you rise above it. God wants us to be complete in Him. This is how we become better people. This is how we become whole. When we live to please the Lord we will always eventually become victorious! Always remember;“What can wash away my sin; nothing but The BLOOD of JESUS! What can make me whole again; nothing but the BLOOD of JESUS! O precious is the flow that makes me white as snow. No other HELP I KNOW nothing but the BLOOD of JESUS!”

Spiritual Food For Thought & Spiritual Growth 3

CHRIST in You the HOPE of GLORY! Part 2

CHRIST in You the HOPE of GLORY!

Part 2 Success 4

There is a marvelous freedom and security we receive as we sincerely learn to trust GOD! No one or nothing can begin to compare to the magnificent difference it makes having the Lord within your life. “Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty!” II Corinthians 3 But we must never abuse that liberty by justifying any wrong behavior in ourselves or others. Jesus Christ died so that we might have life more abundantly. This is inclusive of a rich inner spiritual life. Through His Holy Spirit we have been given the power to overcome sin when we rise above temptation. This is possible when we discipline ourselves to His principles. All who believe in the Lord & accept Jesus Christ into their hearts as Lord & Savior, will eventually defeat death and arise to experience the Eternal Life that awaits us in Heaven!

GOD has a plan and purpose for your life! It is your/our responsibility to seek HIM above all others and everything else. We should desire to KNOW what HIS WILL is for our lives. God wants us to live our lives in Peace. HIS Peace does not mean that we are without difficult situations or conflict. We simply learn to respond differently rather than just react. Our priorities are different from those of the world if not they should be. We should readily repent whenever  convicted or  ever found in error.  Don’t let pride hinder you. We instead must opt for discipline and elect to live our lives to please God who in any given situation can give us His peace that surpasses the understanding of man. Be thankful and  daily bless His Holy Name!

It is so very important to consistently spend time in the presence of the LORD in HIS WORD! Flood your mind and heart with His precious Word for it is necessary spiritual food to enlighten your soul! Not in a legalistic way. But to ignite Truth within your heart.  “HIS WORD is a Lamp unto your feet and a Light unto your path…”  It is here you can have a one on one encounter with the Lord and discover Jesus Christ; “The Hope of Glory!”

It is only in the Lord that we can become spiritually whole! I want to challenge you to really begin to live each day to please the Lord.  Do not look to man to reinforce you, instead look to the Lord. Do not compromise God’s principles to be accepted by anyone. I assure you  His peace shall increase and abide within and you will become much happier.  You will not feel lonely because your awareness of His omnipresence will marvelously  increase.  Your perspective will change as you embrace the fact that God is always with you.  He will and can lead you on the path of righteousness for His namesake…

Each day is an opportunity to  grow spiritually. To be encouraged, corrected, and directed by God’s living Word! This  becomes possible when we actually genuinely subscribe to meditate, ponder, embrace and daily implement the wisdom from His Word.  Whatever you need for life, daily living and eternal life you can discover in the Lord.  Give God His  intended place in your life.

Here are a few passages of scripture to keep in mind.

“Seek  (1st) first the Kingdom of GOD & HIS righteousness and everything else will be added to you…” Matthew 6

“Whatever you do, work at it with your heart, as working to the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance form the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord you are serving… Colossians 3

“Let the PEACE of CHRIST rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to PEACE. And be THANKFUL. Let the WORD of GOD dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to GOD. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the Name of the LORD JESUS, giving THANKS to GOD the FATHER through HIM…” Colossians 3

We can call upon the Lord 24/7! Be encouraged knowing that our Lord is everywhere that you are “…For it is GOD who works in you to will and to act according to HIS GOOD purpose!” Philippians 2

“…To them GOD has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the riches of HIS mystery, which Is CHRIST in you, The HOPE of GLORY!!!” Colossians 1

O what a Wonderful Savior!

What has been cannot be changed.  But you can  start today to move forward living a better life striving to please the Lord each day.  You can or  must learn how to better respond to the people and the world around you regardless of what is or is not happening.  The “Last Days” are upon us  and much is going on. God’s Word is being fulfilled.  It is important to daily make it a point to spend time with the Lord in His Word.  Especially since you take the time to do everything else.

No one actually knows when the end will come but the Lord…  Therefore we are to live each day  as though we are expecting Christ Jesus to return for His Church.    Pray for spiritual discernment.

Welcome God’s omnipresence. God is faithful and you can depend on Him to be with you everywhere you are… His blessings go far beyond the material and what you can see.   Be blessed and inspired daily as you grow in the grace, knowledge, wisdom  and understanding of our Lord and HIS WORD!

May the Grace, Joy, Hope and Peace of our Lord be multiplied within your heart, mind and soul  through the knowledge of  our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus! Praise, honor and glory be to our GOD, Father & Lord Christ Jesus; “The HOPE of GLORY!”
